Staff was great when I checked in; the location is easy to find. The interior is comfortable, very clean and the decor 'matches' the surroundings of water, rocks, and land. We stayed there last year too and were glad to book again this year. Our room was very clean; the TV and internet were great. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the food items filled. The eating area was also very clean.

I wish there was a little more light in the eating area; the overhead lights are not very bright, i don't want things super bright, but a little more light would be good. Miss the elevator also; both times we've stayed here we've been on the first floor. An elevator might encourqge people to come back if they have issues with the stairs

Clean and quiet. The spancrete was the ticket. No running noise in the room above us. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

If I had to pick something I would say no elevator and the luggage carts were rickety. But honestly that was a stretch complaint. Not really issues for me.

The pool had a slide, which my teenagers loved. Staff was great, cozy beds. Right off of the freeway, which is convenient, and didn't notice any freeway noise..

Breakfast was edible. Biscuits and gravy should always at least be good, not just edible.

The smoke detector battery must have gotten low and the alarm started “chirping “. My wife went down to the front desk and notified them the battery needed to be replaced. The front desk clerk said he wasn’t allowed to enter the room. He gave her a new battery and she brought a chair from the dining room so I could stand on the chair and change the battery. He stated they did not have a step ladder. Thankfully this happened around 11:00pm and not later in a.m. The stay was good . Just didn’t expect to have to do maintenance.

Request for a ground floor was made & granted.

The toilet, when flushed, continued to run & would stop for a short time and then run again. We turned the valve off so it wouldn't run @ night. At check out we reported the problem to the desk.

Queen suite, had partial space with kitchette, sleeper sofa and tv..teenager loved it. Pool and hot tub were clean, nice sized. Breakfast was hot, spacious seating.

Had to get room key reset 3x due to issues. Door lock extremely touchy. Housekeeping staff said it was a known issue and one even stated avoiding that room during duties due to lock issues. Please fix it. Room 230. Tv in partial space..needed to use manual buttons on tv before remote would function.

The rooms were beautiful. The bed was comfy. The decor was up to date and very nice. Common area was nice and the entire place was very clean.

No elevator and only 1 ice vending machine on the first floor only.

Price, and booking, called into the hotel and was told it was booked solid even after the groom had also told me it was booked solid. Was able to book two rooms online alot higher than guest going through desk.

I liked the decor of the hotel and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was.

I think there is area for improvement with the breakfast and would recommend including more fruit options for those who don't want to eat processed foods.

Good complimentary breakfast, clean and pretty well maintained facilities. Nice sized pool and hot tub.

the pool temperature seemed a little low and the hot tub temperature almost too high to sit in.
