Seriously comfortable memory foam mattresses, lovely friendly staff, beautiful pool, stunning family atmosphere at the bar (day and night) and without any doubt the BEST pizza in all of Cambodia! Italian heritage and you can taste it in the food and the friendly family vibe. Mickey is the perfect host!

There is nothing not to like. If you want everything to be brand new then expect to add a zero to the price of your stay.

Excellent in every way. A little taste of paradise on earth. The bungalows are spacious and spotlessly clean. A/C , fast WIFI , veranda, en suite bathroom , tea and coffee making facilities , and a wonderful pool. The location is peaceful at night but within a short walk to either the beach or the local shops and restaurants. I didn't bother to look for anywhere other than here because all the food is delicious and superb quality. The home made pasta is remarkable. So is the price, everything is very reasonably priced and can be paid for with card. The owners are originally from Italy but have merged into a lovely happy local family who seem to work as one with great courtesy and smiles. Much appreciated assistance with my onward travel , boats , taxis etc was all arranged for me too. This was the highlight of my trip this year. Thank you.

- Hotel offers very welcoming atmosphere - Friendly staff - Clean pool - Spacious rooms with comfortable beds - The food and cocktails from the bar are delicious, and it’s a real treat to enjoy them on your own private terrace in front of the bungalow. The bar closes around 9:30 PM, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night. - Internet was good

- Location might be a problem for some. We chose it for 1 night just to be close to the airport for the next day after arriving from Koh Rong. So we stayed only in the hotel at the pool and we loved it. Otherwise there is nothing to do in the area and is far from the city center - Door can’t be closed properly, leaving a gap for potential noise and insects. - Not enough sunbeds for all the guests – they have place and need at least double the amount of what they already have!

The bungalows are spaced far enough from one another for privacy. The beds are quite comfortable and large and the room is equipped with a warm shower, air-conditioningand some basic amenities like a water cooker. Each bungalow has it's own little terrace with table and chairs. The resort has a relaxed vibe and the personnell is very friendly and flexible. You can have a continental or english breakfast here all the way across the globe from where those originate from.

The bungalows walls look like they're made from some kind of board material instead of bricks and concrete. This is of course cheaper/easier to construct but gives if a bit of a cheap feel. There is an unfinished concrete building right behind the resort of a to-be hotel that gives the area a bit of a shabby vibe. The area where the resort is situated is actually the biggest downside, with also empty plots of land here and there. The road to the resort was partly flooded, which made going to and from the hotel by at least a motorcycle or a tuk-tuk a requirement.

Lovely small resort if you are spending a few nights in Sihanoukville, it has everything you need! The staff have been great during our entire stay, very helpful and super friendly. We also ended up eating at the hotel for two nights as it was pouring it with rain during the two evenings we stayed, however the food was great and we enjoyed our meals! Great size pool and lots of sun loungers if you like sunbathing :) our room was also large and had a private balcony which was lovely! Thanks so much.

This place is a little oasis in Otres beach and Sihanoukville compared to other places. The neighborhood is not the most exciting, but ok for a walk. The beach is 10 minutes down the road. However, there is no need to go anywhere really, because the property has a lovely pool and very good Italian food! If you want to relax and have a good time, then this is the place for you! The owners are very accommodating and you can book all your further travels from here. ATMs and shops are just a short walk away.

The bungalows are a little outdated and would do with a little TLC, but it's really not a problem. Everything works and there is a great hot water shower!

The room was a good size with a small ( but not private) patio overlooking the pool. The bathroom was dated, but perfectly acceptable. It had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. A nice pool with plenty sunbeds. Food really good and as usual in Cambodia, the staff are really friendly. We only stayed a few hours as using the facilties whilst waiting on the sleeper bus, so didn't have time to explore the area.

Building work noise, but that's going on all over Sihanoukville, and obviously nothing to do with the hotel.

Stayed here for a night travelling from Koh Rong to Kampot. Heard horror stories about Sihanoukville but this is a nice little oasis away from it. If like us, you don't want to see the city, it's a great little place to stay. Tasty Pizzas and other food in the restaurant, lovely pool to relax in and you have your own little bungalow to yourself. The girl at reception was so friendly and offered impartial advice on our next destinations travel options. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're travelling from Koh Rong to Kampot or just need somewhere safe to stopover!

Beds weren't overly comfortable, shower only okay. But for the price can't complain too much!

We wanted to go to Koh Rong, but the weather did not cooperate, so we ended up coming here. This was a true blessing in disguise. The property is in a little remote area, but that makes it very quiet, so it’s great to disconnect and relax. The hotel had a great pool to hang around, a lovely and friendly dog that walks around all day, a very talkative parrot, and a Italian bar-restaurant with some of the best pizzas we have tasted in our lives (also prices are fair, and beer is cheap). But the true starts were the staff, every single one of them went above and beyond to make our stay with them memorable. By the second day we were even grateful that we had to cancel Koh Rong and stayed there.

The bed had a memory foam mattress. This is something that a lot of people love, but it’s not our personal preference, as we prefer a firmer bed. Still we managed to have a good sleep.

The staff were very helpful and polite, and very welcoming, always smiling, the Resort was always clean and tidy. The room was lovely and clean with hot water for showering. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning was good.The restaurant food was excellent. Not far to walk to the beach, 5 min walk to shops and street food.i would certainly stay here again
