The location right near the airport, is excellent for an early morning flight. Pettas offers a free 2 minutes ride to the airport. If you want to explore the island on your own, the location on the edge of the town and with its own parking area is excellent. There is shady and spacious sitting yard with citrus trees, a big balcony of your own, pleasant sea breeze and newly renovated bathroom with window. Right around the corner is a tavern, Malanos, popular with the locals, where food is prepared only from fresh ingredients.

Traffic sound from the nearby main street may disturb the most sensitive sleepers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to hold our luggage well after checkout time so that we could enjoy a cruise around the island of Zakynthos. The hotel was a short walk to the port and shops / restaurants. Our room was very clean and it exceeded our expectations.

We felt like a family home, because the people sanctify the place. Everything pleasant, clean, increased facilities (even some that are missing in hotels) including transfer to the airport. The property was within walking distance to the centre, and also very close to the airport. Our room was clean and equipped with shampoo, shower gel and etc, almost like in hotels. We also had a lovely balcony. The owner was also nice and helpful and he gave us a ride to the airport. There is a beach within 20 minutes.

For me it was perfect. Just outside the main town but walkable to town centre and ferry port. Good taverna serving local dishes 400m away. Great bakery 100m away. Room provided with all extras including small sewing kit, toothbrush and razor. Extra star for that. Host can’t be more helpful. Free transfer to nearby airport. I will stay here again. The hosts were very kind and friendly. They made sure that we had everything we needed and gave us great advice. The place was exceptionally clean, and the location was excellent, close to everything. We highly recommend this stay.

The Property is amazing, has everything you need, location is awesome, walking distance to everything, the host was exceptionally helpful, BUT our last night he went into room which is not a problem as we were leaving early and checked the room, he turned off the air conditioner on us, opened the bathroom window, and turned the refrigerator higher so it wasn’t cool. Very disappointing, he had too many rules about don’t put suitcases on couch because they were new and nowhere else to put them but on the floor. also don’t put the air conditioner lower than 27, that is heating not cooling, I have been conflicted about this review as everything else was perfect.

Room was very clean and bright with lots of fresh air and light. There was a big balcony and a drying rack, just what you need for a beach holiday. Water pressure is good, beds are comfy, clean towels and even a small kitchen. We are very very pleased by the room and what it offers. Beside that, staff is really helpful. They offer airport shuttle for free and show you around with car for your basic needs like ATM, markets, bakery etc. We werent sure about renting any vehicles so left if to last minute. We were a bit hopeless about finding anything but Mr. Panos helped about it and have us a Quad just in that minute. It was a life saver since due to extreme wind our Shipwreck tour is cancelled to we were very happy to rent the Quad for 2 days. We had unforgettable road trip in Zakynthos. I also accidentally closed the safe box with a random code all our belongings in 🥲 Mr. Panos also helped in a minutes and saved our things 😌👍 We had ferry from Ag. Nikolaos to Pesada (Kefalonia) and he arranged us a taxi with local price and we had nice quiet journey between two sides of the island. Now I am writing this on our way to Kefalonia from the ferry. Thank you Mr. Panos for all the help and great accomodation. We ofcourse couldn't see all of the lovely Zakynthos in 2 days so next year we will come back and would definitely stay here next year again!

The only two downsides were air conditioner is a bit old and works loudly. So it is hard to sleep while ac is on. Also it says there are nets for mosquitoes but there were no mosquito nets on the doors or windows.

The owner was very welcoming and explained everything very well. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The place is walking distance from Zante ‘city’ center and all the island is easily reachable with the car. There’s free parking available.
