The location is great, right next to Hala Centrala.The room size was quite small for a group of 4, but it was ok for just sitting and sleeping. Standard conditions for the bathroom and the cleaning. The included breakfast was quite ok, although it did not change at all for a full week in terms of choices.The price was fair.

The room noise isolation was very bad. We could hear all the ambulances, police cars and trams from the main street. Another small minus was the lack of a bar/restaurant for the evening. But at least you can easily go out to Palas or Atelierul de Bere, next door. It was just unpleasant for some really cold evenings when we would have liked to stay warm.

It was 2 rooms: 1st - 103 - very good (2 beds queen-size), 2nd- 101 - for special guests (in wheelchair) ! Very Friendly and Professional personal on reception!

1. room 101 - for disabled guests - terrible noise! smth. like climatic system or like this.... ALL THE NIGHT! 2. No special place for parking for disabled persons! PS: from my personal experience! it is two different approaches to special disabled guest rooms! "Western and Center Europe": the best rooms for this persons, best view, best equipment, best furniture! Respect! "Eastern and South Europe" approach (Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia...) - rooms for wheelchaired - according to the principle - the worst thing - take it! Bad view, noise, poor repairs, and inappropriate equipment, etc.

Good location. 20 Lei by Taxi from railway station. All the attractions & mall with Carrefour are at a walking distance. We took the family room and stayed here for 2 nights with our two teenage boys as a family of four. We had no issues in our stay. Comfortable beds, AC worked fine. The bathroom is good size but lacks the required accessories such as a napkin holder, toothbrush holder, it has no lock. The breakfast is good but can be improved.

Only 1 bottle of water per room irrespective of number of people in the room.

I know its a stock answer but we liked everything. It started with the location and ease of off-street, secure parking. The staff welcomed us warmly and quickly had us settled into our room. Our room was very spacious, sparkling clean, with more than 3 star features and amenities - in-room kettle, iron and ironing board, generous storage space etc. The breakfast was outstanding with superbly presented dishes. Here is why I rated this property so highly. My wife has a breakfast routine comprising of a black tea with a slice of lemon - it is one of her morning, 'start the day' pleasures. At this property, they offered a multitude of teas but none were black tea - yes I understand this is a privileged mentality but that is how she likes to start her day. My wife asked a staff member who was busy cleaning and refreshing the dishes if they had any black tea with lemon. The staff member with a big smile, stopped her work and found my wife both the black tea and the lemon. It was a simple gesture but one that was greatly appreciated and it shows the genuine service-orientation, the staff have. Every interaction with staff members was pleasant, positive and helpful. The reception staff guided us to one of the best meals we had eaten in Romania. They provided guidance on where and what to visit during our short stay. This property deserves far more than a 3 star rating.

This was a perfect stay.

The hotel is updated and quite modern and refit. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the PALAS mall and of the Palace of Culture. Also the old town center is within walking distance.

I specifically booked this hotel because they advertised Ironing as a part of their services. I had to attend a wedding and I needed a hotel with a laundry service in order to have my shirts pressed. To my surprise the ironing was actually having an iron and an ironing table in the room. It got the job done, but I expected an Ironing Service when i see Ironing advertised as a service rather that a do-it-yourself routine.

We had a nice room with a fine view over the Palace plaza. The breakfast was ok with basic options to choose from. The staff was attentive to our request. We had the parking place in front of the hotel included.

There no air vent in the bathroom. The temperature in the room was too high and we manage to reduce it only with the help of maintenance staff, which was very considerate and nice, even it was the New Year's Eve.

The front desk Staff were very professional and lovely! They really made our stay feel great, together with the rest of the staff. Cozy 3 stars Hotel in the heart of Iasi with great views of the city and of the surroundings - we got a room on the 7th floor, so that was awesome! The breakfast was really great and the food delicious - it felt like everything was organic. Free parking is always a plus and the fact that you can get a beverage, or a snack at any time of the day and night from the Reception area was really nice. Fantastic hotel for a weekend stay thanks to its fantastic staff!

A 7:00 am, very loud smoke alarm, early morning on a Saturday, caused by a guest who smoked in their room - I guess people like this still exist and it's not the Hotel's fault for their lack of manners, or anything. But just as an FYI, people like this are still roaming around even in 2023.

Very close to center and Palas Mall. Tasty breakfast. My girlfriend really liked the free access fitness room. The room was comfy with a nice view. Free water, tea and coffee provided in the room. Nice armchair.

The connection to the wifi is through a pretty challenging process. The neighbour room was pretty noisy during the day, but I think this was amplified by the common doors between our rooms, which even if locked aren't soundproof.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast included salty and sweet choices and was available between 6.30 to 10.30, so perfect both for business trips and for tourists. Wifi was perfectly working. The hotel has a small gym.

I have no complaints whatsoever for the room. However, I would have appreciated a fridge in the room and a restaurant in the hotel, which for business trips would be a plus given that the center is 15 minutes walking and there aren't many restaurant around.
