We were blown away by Hotel Rezia. The location is perfect, beautiful and quiet, but still so close to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff super friendly and helpful. The food was the best we had in Italy, and I don't just mean one night, but all 5 nights we were there. The range and options for gluten free and vegetarian were easily accommodated too. The steam room, spa and sauna were beautifully kept as well. Hotel Rezia far exceeded our expectations on every level, we look forward to getting back there :-)

It was sometimes difficult to communicate in English, but we still managed everything we needed anyway. Other than that everything was perfect.

The breakfast had a vast choice, more than enough variety to suit anyone :) Even had some lactose and gluten free choices. The dinner was also amazing! All of the staff in the hotel is super friendly and offer you help to any of your questions/requests etc. And the hotel itself is beautiful, a lot of wood is used all over the hotel which gives you a warm and nice feeling. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the region :D

Maybe a small fridge could be added to the rooms (just to keep some yogurts, drinks etc. cold in the summer times) but it's not a necessity.

The facilities were all new and the spa centre is great. The Ski bus is very good to have. Concerning food, it is very delicious, maybe I’d have liked to have more typical food (this is of course very subjective).

The staff is very kind and patient. At the same time, they were not always present.

The hotel, was well decorated, clean. The food was excelente although a little difficult to get to town had to cross a busy street. Driver even though the van was empty didn’t want to take us to the gondolas because we didn’t had skies at the time wanted to buy the pass.So strange.

i have nothing to say only to mention that the room was very clean, well kept but for me the mattress was a little hard but that is only preference I guess

very close to mountain but not in crowded area. walking distance to very good restaurants. the shuttle is very easy and quick. less than 5 min drive to the lifts and then you can take one of the runs back down and walk to the hotel.

- The food (breakfast and dinner) was perfect and exceeded our expectations - We loved the aperitivo the owners organize every Sunday and the ladin dinner on Wednesday! - The room was spacious, clean and disinfected - We enjoyed the spa facilities every day, for which we also got a complimentary bathrobe, slippers and tea - Every day at breakfast we would receive a leaflet with the main local tips and suggested activities for the day, which was a very nice gesture showing the effort put in by the owners to ensure a great stay for their guests - Free transport was also available to-from the hotel to the Piz La Villa cable car - Everything was perfect, if we return to Alta Badia, we'll for sure stay here. The room was lovely, and the location is quiet with a great view. The breakfast buffet was large with lots of choices and the staff (and guests) were good at observing COVID precautions. We hadn't booked dinner originally but dined there two nights - both dinners excellent! The quality of both hotel and food actually exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The price was very fair for this region. We really enjoyed the wellness area, and wished it was open for longer than the few hours before dinner.

If you want easy access to restaurants and shops outside the hotel it's not in the best location, with 10 minutes walk to the town centre and other eateries.

excellent facilities, lovely breakfast every morning and wonderful staff! loved the sauna & also the balcony where we could sit in the morning and take in the great view :-) room was very clean and came with a lot of toiletries
