Good

I had to report to the staff that the alarm clock was broken with numbers that would not take shape. The blow drier did not work. I was also frustrated that making my reservation online did not indicate that there would be a required $50 deposit. Finally, I had to provide my credit card number three times...online, and to make my payment to the attendant on two different card readers. Once should be enough to eliminate opportunities for fraud.

The pool and hot tub were perfect! It was also super quiet

The elevator is not for claustrophobic people it's kinda in a closet type location and rooms need updating but beds were comfortable and very spacious also confused by the sink being outside of the bathroom and the room being so big and the bathroom being so small

The breakfast was ok. You need to get more options there like bacon sometimes. And just a little more to choice from. I loved the appl juice that was good.

There was nothing that I didn’t like except closing the pool to early bc we got in from the stampede and it was already closed. Other than that there is not anything. The food was good though just need more ideas to make for it that’s all.

The staff were great very friendly. Candice was very nice. Richard also very nice.

Breakfast could of been better situated,pool and hot tub were not in working condition. Are air conditioner would not cool down.

Location is good. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom needs updating. Bathroom light on outside of door and the fan was noisy. Tiles coming up also. Pool and spa need some TLC with paint.

The staff and property was quite pleasing. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to other travelers.

The chlorine in the hot tub was a bit high. It began to burn ours and other guest eyes. We were ready to get out when this began.

The night staff was fun. Obviously an older building, but our room was clean, everything worked, and the desk staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Just old, could use a pick me up…. Also, I hate firm beds, but my husband loved it! So… I am obviously a princess and desire to feel the pea because the mattress is too soft… that was not these beds

Everything was great. We were in town for my twin brother’s funeral and they were very thoughtful and accommodating with several of my family coming in and out. We appreciated it very much.

Staff is excellent.. rooms are clean.. pool and hot tub are amazing and to top it off an outstanding breakfast!!
