Staff was very nice and the room was clean. Free wi-fi and a grab and go breakfast. Location central to what we were doing.

Door was a little tricky to open. Had to pull up then push down. Once we figured that out all was ok.

Breakfast sucks the smoking room appearance is too be expected. My blanket did have holes in them. The smoking rinds could use a good cleaning

Could use a few updates..... fresh paint, maybe vinyl flooring. Other than that I found it to be a good experience.

Pleasant personnel. Large room with everything needed (including fridge/freezer). A bit run down, but clean and relatively quiet (we were put in back). Grab-n-go breakfast (just coffee and some wrapped cakes). No bread.

Would love bread and tea offered at breakfast.

Well placed motel within 5 miles of Loretta Lynn camp etc. Safe easy access to Interstate . Clean rooms everything in them that you might need . Gentleman on front desk was friendly which means more than is often realised it costs nothing to smile and say hello yet some places seem to struggle with this not so here , in fact I had accidently booked a smoking room which he changed with out issue for us .Good customer service hard to find .

Nothing all went well

The office management and the staff was great. Room was very clean. And it was on the ground floor as requested. Very friendly staff.

Air conditioner in the room was working but not well enough to stay comfortable is the only downside.

Staff was very friendly. It's a nice place to stay it isn't a high end motel just a nice family friendly place to stay.

The only thing I would change was the amount of towel and washcloths in rooms. They only give you 2 of each I think 4 would be perfect especially if more than one person is staying I the room.

Clean, quiet and close to our destination. Gentleman at the front desk printed our tickets for us because of no phone service at lorretta lynns ranch.

Excellent service, a problem with the air conditioning was sorted immediately after reporting it.

Room was exceptionally clean. I am very impressed with this. It's very important to me. Cleaning crew were very nice,friendly and accommodating.
