Very beautiful hotel clean lobby sitting area snack area front desk receptionists very nice . Housekeeping is good they clean every other day but still come by to get trash and make sure you have the things you need for your room .Room 313 nice spacious and beautiful. King size bed 2 flat screen TVs couch nice sitting area with view of the parking lot from the entrance of the hotel. Gym indoor pool and the full breakfast is amazing. Grits oatmeal toast bagels eggs scrambled or boiled WAFFLES yogurt fruit sausage ham sandwiches juice coffee condiments etc. . Two elevators. Located very close to the Florence Civic center. I would highly recommend this place

Location off I-95 convenient

On the site it mentioned restaurant on property which was deceiving ,It’s not you have to go off location and find something to eat nearby it’s only for serving breakfast. Upon checking out I asked what my balance on my bill was being charged .The response was she couldn’t see that part on the screen and it would be e-mailed over to me . Her duties are only check in’s and out’s . Found that extremely disturbing.

The breakfast was really good. They had egg bites similar to Starbucks, as well as other great options. The room was clean and comfortable. It has full-size shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the shower. I would absolutely book this hotel again. It is in a nice location.

My only complaint would be the bad smell in the elevators, and the carpet in them was dirty.

After just staying there 3-4 times, Kimmey, at the front desk started recognizing me as I walked through the door and was bringing up my name and Bonvoy number by the time I made it to the front desk. The place is starting to feel like home. Great service for this road warrior.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was fine. But please change to real eggs. Not the powdered ones. We were only there 1 night while traveling and I have to say that was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had.

Not easy to find off Rt 95

Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. I normally do not eat breakfast when traveling however, I did eat at this location. Everything was fresh and all the food stations were clean with lots of choices. I’d definitely recommend and will stay again when I’m in Florence.

The whole staff from the front receptionist to the cleaning crew was very friendly and professional. The lady that cleaned our room Courtney was very friendly and you could tell she enjoyed her job.

Everything was on point

In general everything was absolutly perfect! The Staff Personnel, the Room was ready, Clean and perfectly decorrated, at the time was arrival. The Breakfast was excellent, with many choices of hot food and cold food available, Outstanding Service and Very Clean and Beatifull Decorations! The Hotel was Outstanding Renovated!

During the Hotel Renovation, they didn’t replace the Showel Facility when it’s Necessary.

I loved everything about this location, it is a secluded location in the heart of everything, you are walking distance from multiple restaurants, Magnolia Mall, movie theater, kohls, and so 2 minutes driving distance from other great shopping stores.

the air conditioner broke during my stay , but they changed my room immediately. I think the cleaning staff could’ve done better because the door handles and the shower handles and room doors were full of fingerprints and the rm that they changed us to bathroom smelled even after my husband re mopped. I definitely didn’t like the fact that they breakfast sucked . Eggs and grits and oatmeal and no meat really upset me after the amount I paid for the rm. I really don’t know if I’ll stay at another Marriot establishment since they no longer serve meat with their breakfast.
