Everything was excellent! From the time we stepped in to the time we left: the cleanliness is top tier especially inside, rooms were clean and neat, up to date with tv, lights, and plugins. Our pipe to the sink just fell Off in the bathroom and maintenance and house keeping replaced it and cleaned up in like 15 minutes! The bar is now, pool inside , jacuzzi inside and outside , just 10/10

The staff was wonderful!!! So friendly and nice just a joy!

In our room which was a king room the bathroom door opened and when it was opened you couldn't get into the room without hitting the bathroom door. Just a strange layout. Also no grab bars in the shower and being an older person it was a bit scary getting in or out of the shower only because there was nothing else to grab on to and the bathtub floor was so slippery. The bed was very comfy and the room was super clean.

We did not have breakfast. The motel was conveniently located between downtown Dells and our concert site. We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet.

We could not connect to the internet. The person at the desk said others had also mentioned having that problem. So …….? Also, I noticed in the greeting e-mail I received that masks were mandatory in public areas of the motel. It was clearly an older notification but I took it as the motel was concerned about its clients health and well being. On the other hand, the TV remote control in our room was filthy. Tony comparison, the remote in our room tonight in a different motel came im a plastic bag.

The rooms were spacious with plenty of space to stowaway items. There were plenty of (soft) towels. Microwave and refrigerator were a plus. Room temperature was perfect and easy to adjust. Although the hotel was fairly full, there was no noise. Hallways, elevators and lobbies were kept clean. These are all amenities that have been lacking in the past few years at hotels. Glad to see this property is not one of them.

Staff was nice, good breakfast.

I picked jacuzzi in my room and it wasn't. Pictures of my chosen room had a Jacuzzi, when I get to hotel they said I had no Jacuzzi in my room. I was not recognized as a Silver Member until checking out. I was treated as a non member guest. I was told I didn't know that you were a Silver Member. But,staff still was good to us.

The beds were super comfortable. The pool area was fantastic. I liked the little extras like the soaps, shampoos, laundry bag, etc.

The only thing I would like is to be told the dollar amount and to confirm the last four digits of the credit card number when I checked out. All the clerk said was, "You're all set!" I think it would be better if the customer is told the amount and the card that was used, just to be sure.

We booked back in February 2022 for a wedding pricing was high, but we had a whirl pool tub room which was very nice but still seemed high and no breakfast was included we would have had to pay extra for breakfast. I feel like if you pay almost $300 per night that the breakfast should be included. I also think the tv remotes should be upgraded or batteries checked because it did not work well and there was only one remote to work both tvs.

The bed was super comfortable. Our children/grandchildren were involved with softball tournaments and enjoyed the pool and lounge area to relax and chat with friends. We enjoyed the area for meeting new friends.

The lamps on the side of bed were too low from ceiling and I kept hitting my head when getting out of bed. Bathroom had a slight moldy smell around sink. The hotel is getting a remodel and these items will be remedied.

Breakfast was not included in our stay we were told. The facility was under construction at the time but I felt it was as clean as it could be. Our room was nice and clean!

There was no place to sit or relax while waiting to check in but I understand construction has to be done in your off season.

Breakfast was fantastic! Location was perfect! Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very professional and friendly.

Not being able to get a first floor room with whirlpool, and no usb charger or outlet on both sides of bed.
