Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was busting their butt's to keep up and make everything amazing. The morning desk crew was very happy and made me feel welcomed

The night we checked in the front desk crew was not very welcoming and had me come to the desk for blankets for the pull out which I had littles in the room so was not happy to have time do that. Our room had a pair of dirty socks that weren't ours and candy wrapers under the couch and desk. Also the camper van that was parked there shouldn't be allowed to in the best parking area for building two and take up three parking spots

They offer the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Very good at keeping the food fresh and restocked. The hot tub and pool were in excellent condition as well as our room. I didn't get a chance to try it out, however they have added their "unwind hour" since my last stay and it sounded like a fun addition to an already great place to stay.

They now allow pets at this hotel. At one point someone's dog was barking during hours that I was trying to sleep. I did really appreciate that they keep pets off of specific floors so you could request to be on a no pet floor for allergies or noise.

We've stayed here before and returned because we've liked this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were clean and roomy. The breakfast was outstanding. We love the pool, hot tub and workout facility. I appreciate the QR codes to tip the maids and the dining room staff — we don't travel with much cash anymore and the ability to tip online was great. We also appreciate the sustainability efforts you've made, with the dispensers in the tub for soap, conditioner, and shampoo.

The heater in our room was hard to regulate. 64 degrees was too warm, but 62 degrees was too cold! The unit came on every couple of minutes and was very noisy, waking us up throughout the night.

Small issue. Had asked for ground room due to our ages but didn't get one. Was told we would be on the second floor, right outside the elevator which was fine. Got in the elevator and noticed our key was for third floor room, right outside the elevator --- thankfully we decided to head to the third floor to see if our key would work and it did. Again, not a huge problem but it could have been if we had tried the second floor and then had to go to the third floor, not really knowing if the key was goingk to work or not.

The atmosphere and amenities of the hotel was very pleasant. Breakfast American buffet was excellent especially all the in-house cooking. Hotel offered a complimentary snack bar from Monday to Thursday night that includes salad, popcorn, chips, salsa and drinks of all kinds for children and adult. The outdoor pool needed a room key so it was nice and they have clean towels at the door. The beds were comfortable and they provided a microwave, iron/ironing board, and a mini refrigerator. They provided citrus shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash exclusively made for Best Western.

You need to bring your own toiletries or hygiene kit like toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, etc.

Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Full mini-kitchen was equipped for bringing in food if you chose. Liked having the omelets-to-order at breakfast and the yogurt bar. Liked the "unwind" hour at end of day weekdays. I especially liked that my experience with ALL front desk personnel was pleasant and positive. They all were positive and pleasant to guests. I've stayed in lots of hotels traveling the past couple years and I rarely see this in any location. Speaks well to how this BW hotel is managed.

Very personable staff made us feel welcome! We enjoyed the comfortable, cool room and the many beautiful details: a couple of nicely framed mirrors, attractive art, and a tastefully designed bathroom with a repeated motif on the wallpaper and displayed in a wire wall sculpture. At other hotels, when we’ve brought our dog, it’s been fairly obvious that we were given rooms that are slightly the worse for wear, but at Best Western Plus Abbey Inn, staff referred to our room as “pet accessible” and it was an excellent room! When we saw the comfy dog bed accompanied by a 2 bowls, a cute bone-shaped food mat, a couple of milk-bone treats, and an adorable dog toy that our big guy instantly fell in love with, it made us so happy!

Only one concern: it seemed like the rear door was a bit wonky. At times, it remained unlocked and anyone could’ve walked in. Other than that, this was a great place to stay!

It’s super clean, spacious room, really good breakfast (you can order omelet by your choice that was excellent for me). Friendly staff. Pool is big and warm. In general it makes me feel that I definitely would like to return back.

If they could add some extra space for breakfast place could be good. In the morning was so many people that we had to wait for some time to have a table. It was during long weekend, perhaps at normal times it won’t be so crowded. I got last minute discount, so was good deal. But regular price as for me a bit high for St. George.

Our room was clean, it was easy to park, and the front desk staff was always very attentive and helpful.

On the day we were checking out Saturday 2/24, we had housekeeping knock on our door 4 times. 9am, 10am, 10:24am, and 10:55am. In this specific hotel, housekeeping doesn’t come around every day like they used to. It is only by request through the front desk. The last attempt housekeeping actually opened the door. Luckily we were just grabbing our luggage to head down to our 11am checkout. But it was very frustrating to keep having someone pester us, the first 2 knocks were the same woman and the last 2 knocks were a man; the man is the one who opened our door. I’m glad we were dressed and ready, that would have made me very upset if my kids were there and trying to dress or something.

Wonderful breakfast as well as fancy coffee available around the clock, and good water to fill our water bottles. There are also bikes that we can borrow to tour around the neighborhood. It smelled clean and new inside. the rooms are spacious. Couldn't have been happier!
