Very friendly environment. Very private and quiet for a dormitory.

For my age and having moderate physical problems, it was a bit hard to get in and out of the capsule.

Super convenient for an early morning flight out of Taipei. The hotel was in T2 and easy to find. It was clean and comfy and the staff were helpful.

The property met expectations given the nature of the facilities (shared bathroom and the dormitory set up, kind of like a deuxieme class couchette arrangement only better) so the key is to think ahead about how one organizes one's luggage and envisioning how one will change into and out of street clothes and sleeping closes and arranging for keeping one's valuables with one when going to the bathroom facilities. One other thing to prepare for us that given the appropriate admonish about noise one needs to think how one will be sure not to oversleep given one probably should not use audible alarms on one's phones etc. For me I belatedly realized I could have mitigated this issue my setting an alarm on my apple watch but I had neglected to think this through and the watch was not available to be worn because I had to charge it after a transpacific flight...

Challenge re no alarm clocks and challenges re changing into and out of bed time clothing described above but this should not have been a surprise so can't really complain.

Directions to the hotel, provided by the property and the limited signage in the terminal was confusing. The hotel is located on 5th floor of Terminal 2 - no confusion about that. But, there are 2 towers that comprise the "5th floor" that do NOT connect. So, it matters very much which elevator you use from the 3rd floor. I suggest you confirm with the property whether they are in the North or South tower. I believe the elevator closest to check-in counter 22/24 is the correct one but I was there after midnight and a bit stressed so I won't swear to it. After I found the hotel, everything went very smoothly.

The transit hostel was very comfy. I love how everything is so well-organized, from shoe lockers, lock management, and they have strict rules about noise. The bathroom was very nice, very clean and have separated sections between shower and toilets. The shower room deserve a mention bcs they are spacious and wellthought. The toilet can be cleaner tho bcs I saw something that I was not really happy seeing, but that’s my bad luck 😂 The staffs are nice and fluent in english, which helps a lot. Wifi was working very well. The bed was also very comfy that I slept really well. Clean bedsheets, thick blanket, and good lighting. They provide enough socket, small table, small mirror, hanger, and a small box with lock. Thumbs up for the well-thought facililty. For the payment, they accept credit card but also accept cash. If you need atm, there is one nearby! The location was actually strategic, surrounded by the foodcourt area and near minimart. However it was on 5th floor which were a bit far from arrival gate and a bit confusing. I had to ask around. But it was okay!

Nothing. It was a perfect stay!

This is the best place to stay when arriving late in taipei or catching early morning flight. It's located just above departure floor (take escalator to the 5th floor). Really convenient. Bye-bye to catching morning cab to airport or riding cab to city after tiring flight. The room is lovely, quiet and clean. The stay provides small towel, soap, shampoo, eye mask, ear plug. Bed is very comfortable and not too soft. The linen is smooth to skin and apparently the feather down pillow fits my fussy head & neck (am very fussy with hotel pillows). The welcoming tea package gives the warm touch esp after long flight. It's my 1st time staying in capsule hotel. I need to get use to the early morning sound of wake up calls from the next door units. As I'm a deep sleep type so sounds of neighbours' loud snore, luggage zippers running, climbing up bunk bed do not bother me much. If you are a light sleep type, this type of stay may not suit you. I will definitely stay at this capsule hotel again the next time i transit in taipei. I kind of enjoy the airport shopping and eating. The beef noodles is quite good. There are convenient store just outside the hotel and another one on the north side of departure hall. I hd a nice stroll around airport. Pleasant experience and pleasant stay.

Ignored wake up alarms from the next door.

The capsule was larger and more spacious than I thought it would be. The shower & toilet area also provided a lot of privacy, a tad more than a public toilet or shower at your local community center. The hotel was well lit, with no dark corners.

Human beings can be some of the rudest; self centered creatures on the planet. There was a woman who had vivid dreams, who should never sleep in a public space as she kept calling out names and yelling. There was also a couple of ladies who loud whispered past the 10pm talk/noise curfew. there was also a woman who kept hitting the sides of her capsule when she tossed & turned in her sleep. All of these women are aware of their issues and received a copy of the house rules and should never use shared accomodations. It's obvious they didn't consider how their differences would affect others.

Location was great for early flight out... rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable...

We had quadruple room... so not much room for 4 suitcases and carryon bags... we got there after 4pm and most businesses closing and then up early for flight and eating areas not open... wished we could checkin earlier to enjoy the facilities... quite noisy at night with other travellers packing and talking and not being considerate to others...

It was convenient, located in the airport. Lots of food available just outside Hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed , good lighting. Showers and toilets just a few steps from room, also very clean. Other guests were respectful of rules, so it was quiet and peaceful surroundings. Reception was able to keep a watch on my luggage while I was out. There are no lockers on site.

I am a senior and was able to get the bottom room. The top room can only be accessed by a vertical ladder . You need to be fit to choose that !

Super clean, love the Japanese theme, great service and facilities. Capsule is comfortable and cozy with charging and space to put your backpack and small bags. Bed is very comfortable. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind sharing a room in a “hostel” like environment and leaving your luggage out in a common space, you’ll be more than happy with what this has to offer.

This depends on your luck since you share a room with ~8 others. I had good luck until some noisy people came in in the morning- but if you’re a heavy sleeper you’re good!
