Lovely large hotel room and a huge bathroom with separate toilet. We really liked the central dining area in the middle of the hotel and enjoyed sitting there in the breeze under the trees.

The fact that, unlike golf courses in Scotland, you cannot go for a walk on the massive golf course, even round the edges without paying for a round of golf. Even early in the morning or in the evening. I had a broken bone but my husband was very keen to go for a walk but was told he was not allowed.

A sophisticated management makes a difference in once stay in a hotel. This hotel has a wonderful general manager Miguel that elevates hospitality to its highest level by finding a solution to any obstacle or wish the client might encounter and makes sure that you leave the hotel with a smile reaching the sky. I stayed here a few days leading up to my birthday which couldn't have been a more pleasant and exquisite experience. I enjoyed a luxurious suite with a breathtaking view from the terrace. On the evening before my birthday, when I returned from a relaxing pool afternoon in the sun, I was pleasantly surprised by prosecco and delicious chocolate desserts. Upon my birthday when I left back home I received from a lovely lady of the reception my favorite bird of paradise flower that now graces the interior of my home through the rainy days in Belgium and resonates happy days spent here. I've been to other 5-star hotels on Fuerte, but this is the only 5-star hotel on the island that I recommend. The service, room, views, delicious and beautifully presented room service options, live harp music (and much more) by the dinner were an absolute delight and a perfect definition of luxury. I spent my birthday on a cloud.

Bed. Space. Bathroom. Balcony. Golf course. Breakfast. Low-key live music in bar - not too loud to bother guests in rooms.

Quality of food at dinner not as good as on previous 2 visits. Charging for bottles of water in rooms and on golf course. Room safe had no instructions in English. Reception tried to get us to share our pre-paid (expensive) Private Transfer to Airport with another random guest.

The food at breakfast was very average. For example the Greek Yogurt was watery rather than creamy. The coffee was bitter and the milk watery. The service by the waiters was slow or non-existent.

The gap of food service between end of breakfast and lunch service. As very early golf players we had no opportunity for breakfast (tee time 7:30) and when coming back from the golf course we had to wait until noon to get something to eat.

Small hotel. Traditional design. Comfortable. Welcoming staff. Quiet pool area. Big, comfortable bed.

Food average, at best. Some golfing groups noisy. Room rather dark.

The room was good. The pool was ok, not really good as expected from a 5 star hotel; the beds were a hit uncomfortable and there was no pool service. Bad room service. Our room was never cleaned properly, they just made the bed and the rest was kept a mess.

Perfect in very way . Looking forward to returning.

I can’t think of a thing that could have been better

I booked a nice holiday with my girlfriend, but she couldn’t come with me. Very nice, very clean, luxuryous conditions, 5 star! Enjoyed every minute even the sadness fir being alone. Thanks!

The day when I left this paradise

Kindness of the hotel crew is excellent and their availability is outstanding. The room we were assigned (# 120) was outstanding for its view, exposition and reachability. Breakfast room was perfect for its view, calmness and light. Position of the hotel is perfect both for relaxing and to reach the beach (free bus with limited timetable or by foot in 25 minutes).

The restaurant (we had half-pension) was very cosy but the quality of food (at dinner) needed some improvements. Proposed daily suggestions were not at the height of the hotel, even if the guest's number was limited due to the season (first week of January) and probably by COVID. Buffet was great but when approaching the main course its preparation was not according the rules of good cooking. More than a typical dish was definitely dissatisfactory. The accuracy of room and facilities clean-up was not at its best efficiency. We noted the same coffee spot on the corridor's floor from the first to the last day of our stay.
