The room is spacious, carpeted and quiet, though the heater is loud enough one has to turn the TV up to hear when it's running. Parking is right outside the rooms. There are side exits that allow for easy dog relief trips. The hotel has a spa tub, an exercise room and serves breakfast. The front desk staff are all friendly and know their jobs well. There's a Fred Meyer grocery less than half a mile away. Room has a microwave and small fridge. The hotel has coffee always ready in the lobby and hot water for tea in the breakfast room. TV has Xfinity cable and HBO. Dogs are $10/night with a $50 deposit on arrival. Checkout is now at 11, not 12 as shown online.

Sometimes there are guests or staff talking loudly in the hall, but usually it's brief. Also the lamps are nice bedroom lighting but wouldn't provide enough light for reading. Maybe add a standup lamp by the chair for that.

This hotel was really clean and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and gave me great advice re dining options in the area (spoiler alert, l only got pizza). I could’ve gotten delivery but I drove a mile or so to get it and saw plenty of other restaurants. The bed was beautifully comfy, and the air conditioning nice and cool, so I had a great nights sleep after a day exploring Mt Ranier. I had to rush out without breakfast but saw the dining area was full with a wide array of travellers, ie families, businessmen/women. My first room hadn’t been cleaned to the dismay of the staff but I was quickly placed in a new room without fuss. The hotel is away from the main area where the restaurants were but very close to the on-ramp back to Seattle.

Everything inside looked renovated and clean, a very pleasant hotel and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is easy also. Breakfast and cleaning staff were amazing and courteous. Would come back again.

Given how much traffic the Seattle area has, being outside of the city in Auburn and driving downtown, you will get stuck in traffic and require much patience to get anywhere. Easier being closer to city, but hard to find anything budget friendly like this hotel.

The room was bigger them I was expecting. We had enough room for a family of 5 the beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t hear the highway that was by our room didn’t hear no one from the hallway.

I didn’t like the hallways smelling like weed on a no smoking area. Then at night you can smell it coming into the room a little.

This hotel was super clean, in a convenient location, and awesome staff who are very friendly, quiet, and comfortable beds. This is my second time here, and I will be back. Kent had a Red Lion, but it's terrible, and I won't stay there even though it is closer to where I was going on this trip. They had breakfast back, and it was good having some hot food for breakfast. The attendant for the breakfast was always on top of keeping things cleaned and wiped down.

The shower water got cold after it was hot for about 2 minutes. I'm not sure why, but I'm glad it warned up fast.

Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Descent breakfast. Nice place to stay between Mt. Rainier and SeaTac airport.

If I had to say anything, it would just be that our bathtub was making this loud creaking noise as you took a shower. We arrived late after hiking Mt. Rainier all day and needed a shower, just really hoped i wasn't too loud to my "neighbors "

The rooms and the hotel itself were very clean. I loved the comfort of the bed. The location was great, close to stores, and freeway. Breakfast looked great, but when I got there, there was nowhere to sit. It was packed. I would have taken some to my room, but I had already turned my key in. It's very quiet here. The room was great. It had plenty of lighting, things worked as they should, and I didn't see anything that was a red flag.

The only bad thing that they can't help is all the cotton ask over.

The hotel was clean , the staff was friendly and there was a lady named Teresa who did breakfast in the mornings she was so friendly and amazing . Teresa kept breakfast going , it was clean , always had fresh hot breakfast and she was kind and accommodating.

Bucket for ice. More powerful shower. Sink area a little small for 2 wash bags. Plastic cups not very big & not enough of them. Could do with half & half at breakfast for coffee.
