Fabulous hotel, fabulous view. We had an amazing room with stand-alone bath. The room was spacious and had a sizeable balcony overlooking what can only be described as an amazing view. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go.

The price of food and drink at the hotel, bottle of beer 9 euros, water 7 euros. The noise of the music from the beach all afternoon and the beat of the music every night until 5am from the restaurant (which was amazing but very expensive)

A Perfect Stay in Paradise! Our stay at Once in Mykonos was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately set the tone for our entire vacation. The location of the hotel is fantastic — nestled in a peaceful part of the island, yet only a short drive away from the bustling Mykonos town and beautiful beaches. One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast spread each morning. Whether you prefer traditional Greek delicacies or classic international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It truly made for the perfect start to our day! The staff at Once in Mykonos deserve special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. However, I must give a particular shout-out to Tatiana, who was absolutely exceptional. Her service was personal, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive — she truly made our stay unforgettable. Tatiana’s warmth, helpful recommendations, and attention to detail elevated our experience to a whole new level. She is a true asset to the hotel. Overall, Once in Mykonos exceeded all our expectations. The combination of the prime location, amazing breakfast, and genuinely kind staff made our time here feel magical. We can’t wait to return!

Once in Mykonos is beautiful. Location, view, decor, staff (especially Elsa and Harry) were amazing. We got upgraded! I can’t really fault it aesthetically and we were treated with respect and welcomed with open arms. The pool was out of this world, as was breakfast and staff.

It’s a brand new hotel and it just opened so some parts of it are still under construction. No fault of the hotel as there have been soo many global delays with materials etc. A bit dusty, our dip pool was always covered in a dusty film from wind and construction (it was cleaned daily though). The processes still need to be bedded down. I think once the hotel is fully complete, it will be a 5 star luxurious experience. For the price, it was a little much for the room size, and bathroom storage placement (even with the room upgrade). All in all however I would stay again as staff and pool made up for it!

The staff was exceptional, starting with Yiannis and Tatiana at the front desk, Michalis and his magnificent team at the restaurant, and Vassilis, Panagiotis, and the bar staff. The lifeguard was attentive and always willing to help. The drivers were consistently polite, punctual, and friendly. The freshly squeezed orange juice and breakfast each morning was excellent.

The pool area had a gorgeous setup, but unfortunately, the water was too cold for a comfortable swim. The gym, though very small, served its purpose. However, the treadmill was out of service for the entire duration of our stay.

The property is sat on a hill overlooking the Ornos bay with some simply lovely views. The customer service is top class and the food and drink options are decent and well priced (well for mykonos)

The hotel just needed a few final touches when we stayed, but it had only opened that week to be fair and their speed and committment to finishing this were fantastic.

The Hotel Once in Mykonos is absolutely the best choice if you're looking to relax, standing apart from other hotels that are more focused on parties. The biggest strength of this hotel is its people. From Tatiana at the reception to Melissa at the restaurant, the staff truly makes you feel welcome. Thank you once again to everyone; we will definitely come back.

One area for improvement is the shuttle service to Mykonos. Enhancing this aspect would significantly improve the overall experience, as the drivers currently do not match the exceptional level of service provided by the hotel staff.

beautiful resort with an amazing view of ornos beach, the rooms are spacious and wonderful, very new and very clean. the staff are especially friendly and helpful, we got to know them well and enjoyed our stay with them at the resort so much! breakfast was amazing. the resort was sincerely the highlight of our stay in Mykonos. i look forward to going back and I highly recommend this resort!!!

It was clean and everything is easily accessible on the property… there were reviews that said they were not open but they were just spa services weren’t available

It was a little unfinished, it seemed and for a luxury resort their hot tools such as a hair dryer was cheap phillips barely worked

We stayed here for 5 nights with my wife. Overall we were very satisfied. The hotel and rooms design is very elegant. The service was really good. Staff was very helpful and kind. Especielly the concierge service (especially Vaso) was very good. The pool area and the view is amazing.

The hotel is located on a cliff. golf cars constantly move up and down to carry guests to the reception/room/exit. It is not a big problem but guests with kids and elderly might consider it. Noise prevention to doors and windows could be very useful. Location wise, it is 10-15 minutes drive to the downtown.

Most amazing resort with the best of best staff, they went above and beyond for us, the resort was unbelievable and so clean, amazing breakfast, special thanks to yiannis for greeting us every morning during breakfast and helping us with activities and what to do for the day, thanks to Johnis the bartender , michael, Gregory & apostolos they were amazing ! Thanks to Abbas & George the buggy riders they were amazing
