Very relaxing place to stay, even though it is just off a busy road, it feels very serene. Spotlessly clean rooms and gym. Minimalistic aesthetic design that is a nice mix between modern and authentic Vietnamese style - really well done, if you are not looking for a big generic hotel resort. The free public bus into town is an excellent service. One of the first places in a while that I would definitely like to return to for longer.

Always find it annoying when accommodation takes a security deposit or your passport in case of damages... you have our credit card on file already !

The resort like setup of the hotel on the main street of Phu quoc is very nice. It is near to airport and 30 kms from VinWonders and 15 kms from cable car. It has a fresh vibe. The pool is clean. Rooms are nice and large with enough facilities. Breakfast is good. Staff are polite and very helpful. House keeping staff are prompt and helpful whenever we called them. As it is fully covered with thick green trees, expect few insects ot lizards around. But they wont come into your rooms. I have purchased all my tickets for VinWonders, vin safari, cable car and sun world from them at the same rates. They also arranged for bikes to roam around and cabs for full day use at very reasonable prices. Indian restaurant Ganesh is around 2 kms from here and it is the best place for Indian food. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Phu quoc.

Beautiful setting, lovely pools and rooms. The breakfast was nice, with lots of options and fresh eggs. The Christmas gala dinner was good, the staff made every effort to ensure you had everything you wanted and had a good evening, lots of choice of food, the BBQ was especially delicious and they even roasted a turkey and some potatoes! Very close to the beach and plenty of other restaurants.

Only tiny but the playlist by the pool was very short and so was repeated too many times in a day, let alone if you were by the same pool for a few days.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very good, extremely clean, comfortable, with a great bed. The food (we definitely suggest trying dinner) was up to standard and pretty good. The pool was clean and we had a good time!

We were very surprised at how close the property was to the main road, but although busy, wasn't too noisy from our pool villa. We were expecting something a little more in nature. The only thing we would say about the pool villa is that there isn't privacy (anyone can look in) and you'll hear kiddos screaming.

Beautiful accommodation, exactly like the photos. The pool was stunning and sunbeds were always quiet so great choice of bed every day. The pool staff and restaurant staff were super pleasant as were the reception. The rooms were the largest and nicest we have stayed in in our visit.

The property is stunning but the facilities such as laundry were crazy expensive. The list was to be filled out by item which is very strange as it’s usually by weight. We had very lightweight clothing and the laundry was triple (!!) the price it cost us in other areas of Vietnam. I don’t understand how the price could be justified. There were also a lot of hidden taxes and sur charges upon check out. Another reason was being requested to pay a deposit each night or to give a passport in case something happened to the room. When a credit card is already on file, this is wholly unnecessary. For this I have given an 8/10 score.

Good location of hotel in centrum of city, in all directions possible find kafe / restaurants, massages, 700 m also supermarket with food and souvenirs and clothes. Bed and extra beds comfortable, pillows comfortable. Nice breakfast area - bambus tree made building - terrace. GYM was also ok with new eqipment, served drinks-water, touwels, shower...Breakfast not very reach, but everything You can find there. Hotel territory green with many plants, nice.

Pool floor with stone mass couting, for us not comfortable to walk in and out, without safety handles. In front of hotel going on demolation of multistore building, which was noisy. Around pool too less number of rest beds, there are free spaces - could be putted some more beds.

Big room Close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, atm, bus stop) The spa was clean and professional, easy to book with short notice (although a bit more pricey than the places outside of the hotel area) Nice that they offer an airport shuttle (if the schedule doesn’t fit your flight, the free bus is also just outside the hotel every 10 min)

The pool area is too small compared to the number of guests, hard to get a sun chair and the pool is very crowded and noisy No pool towels No space outside of the room to relax (no terrace) The beach is on the other side of a road with lots of traffic, it’s fine but not great compared to other places on the island Expensive drinks of poor quality Weirdly places shower in the middle of the bathroom with no curtain, all bathroom is wet every time you use it

It’s a beautifully curated resort. Facilities are proportioned to the volume of customers so we always found available sun beds by the pool and available tables at breakfast. The resort is very quiet and peaceful so it’s a perfect choice if you are looking to relax. Breakfast was variegated and abundant.

All the extra services are a bit pricey. The 10% happy hour is not very inviting especially compared to the options outside the resort. The laundry service is per item and not per kg. With 100k dongs just 5m walk from the resort we washed 5kg of clothes in 4 hours while the hotel prices were 70k dongs per single item, including underwear and socks. Guests were barely consuming drinks or food in the resort due to prices and the staff was just there waiting. They can definitely make a better business just with a more competitive offer.

Wonderful property, great location. Staff were highly accommodating. Room was spacious and as pictured. Breakfast was exceptional.

It's an island, so you have to expect a few bugs. That being said, housekeeping left a bug covered glass in my room for two days. In thier defense, it was US NYE weekend so they were probably super busy. But I would have preferred they take the glass. I'd still stay there in a heartbeat again though. It was otherwise a flawless stay.

The resort itself was lovely, loved the feel of being in the “jungle” with all the greenery etc and the pool area were so great. The room was very spacious and I like the style of the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and it felt secure/safe there. The staff were attentive and ready to help. The location was also great, 5min walk from the beach. The road has restaurants and a supermarket. Round the corner there was a road with all sorts of useful amenities.

The room itself was a bit basic and could’ve felt a bit more “luxe”. It also had a bit of a “closed” smell, but not sure if that’s because of the general humidity of the place. The bedroom window faces outside so depending where your place is it’ll feel like you’re being seen.
