- Spacious room - Very nice restaurant - Awesome staff; also helped to organize tours (pick-up at hotel possible) - Great location next to the Chapultepec park; a lot of places and restaurants can be reached within 30 minutes of walking distance - Walking in the night felt safe since there were people around nearly everywhere

- The room and especially the bathroom were pretty outdated - The room was very dark; the bulbs were very weak - Hardest mattress I ever had - The included breakfast was a bit disappointing: 2 slices of toast, butter, jam, fruit, coffee, or tea. But they prepared a plate of freshly cut fruit for us every day. If you want anything extra like an egg, you can only order a complete egg dish from the menu for more than 10 USD.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff was amazing. The security guard was very friendly. The Hotel was very quiet in our area. Although you'll have to go through a VERY busy road, there is an access into Chapultepec side close by (5-10 minute walk).

The only downside are the beds. They are a very firm.

The staff was extremely helpful, spoke English, check-in was quick and easy. Stored our luggage after check-out. Room was clean and beautiful. Location across from Chapultepec forest was lovely, easy walking distance to many great restaurants

Soundproofing could be better - the hotel is next to one of the major road with incessant traffic, so noise could be bothersome. Wasn't an issue for us but I could see how it may be a problem for some people. Also, light in the room was very dim. Not a major issue though

Good location, comfortable to reach numerous destinations in Mexico City

Need to ask an adaptor to the reception has the old fashion plug did not have the earth thus couldn't work with my international adaptor. 🙃😉

The room was clean and comfy, location was great and close to Chapultepec Park

One guy from the staff (night shift) was really rude, also, the key to open the door wasn't working properly and that made the guy upset even though it was not our fault

We loved our stay! And would book this directly again if we go back to Mexico City. It is such a peaceful environment. Everyone was so kind and they have a lovely garden. It feels a bit historical, so not your standard luxury hotel, but a small stap back in time. What we loved! The Green Park hotel, is next to it, of which you can use facilities as well.

We wifi can be a bit of a challenge. However the Greenpark hotel has great internet and cable internet if you need it. So we used it and it was great for working.

The restaurant menu and dish presentation is absolutely awful, not up to the standards of such a hotel, hugely overpriced for what it is. It´s such a shame because the setting is surrounded by plants and trees is wonderful, .

The beautiful outdoors restaurant

No había enchufes de tres para computadoras y tuve que pedir adaptador. Los cuartos aunque limpios me parecieron con oportunidad de renovarse.

The staff were really friendly and the location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the park. The cleanliness of the room was spectacular and the hotel was more than ready for our arrival as we arrived earlier than anticipated.

We never ate in the restaurant as we found it too pricy. The walls were rather thin as you could hear people making a lot of commotion. Also, the Wi-Fi kept dropping out.
