Very clean, new and modern building, huge studio room with large sofabed, dishwasher, silverware, large refrigerator, nicer amenities than most other hotels, huge walk in shower, very quiet on the 4th floor, personalized service by the manager. Would definitely stay here again. Complimentary Iced lemon water always available in the lobby. It looks like a nice modern studio apartment

I didnt get to check out the free breakfast because i had to leave before it was served at 7am on a Saturday.

Nice spacious suite with refrigerator and microwave, and electric stove top. Nice spacious bathroom. The free on-site parking was nice, good complimentary breakfast and noahs bagel and pets coffee is right across the street. Megan the receptionist was nice and friendly. Hotel was nice and clean, great location near top golf and thunder Valley casino. I'd definitely stay here again

Location was perfect. Room clean and staff were very friendly.

The fact that there is only one elevator on the property was very inconvenient. When the room is located at the end of the property and you are on the third floor, using the staircase is not an option when loading and in and out. Having to move everything from the far corner of a parking lot in the rain to access the only elevator was very off putting. This must be a real burden to those who are much less mobile than myself and wife,

The property was clean and the decor is nice. Placement of furniture was smart and well thought out, you could visit with friends and family easily. Rooms were extremely clean and up to date. King room with a sofa was perfect. Also, it is weird to mention but their showers were the best. They were so soothing, like stepping out of a hot tub. Just an overall great stay.

I was never able to get a staff member to answer the phone. I tried calling on my way to the hotel and call from my room. Phone just rings. When I went downstairs there was always at least one to two staff there. So that was odd.

Breakfast was great. However, hours of operations during weekdays could extent more to 10:00 am for those not so early morning folks and for childrens.

The toaster bread is way too old to use. Bagels will not even insert and it very light, feels like a toy. Need to be replace with a newer and a bit bigger or standard size.

The breakfast was great, it's really close to shopping, highway, and other major chain restaurants.

They started charging for parking which sucked giving the high price of staying at this hotel. It was a surprise also given that we booked months ago.

The staff was friendly & kind. We enjoyed the breakfast. Room was comfortable & spacious.

We always are a late check in, so we get an accessible room ( what’s left) This one had a shower head which was great, but no full length mirror.

Great breakfast, cozy room that had everything you could even imagine in it. They thought of everything you would or might need. We liked the layout so much that we are going to use it for our Barndominium that we are building.

The only down side was the price. We noticed when there is a concert going on at Thunder Valley casino nearby, the hotel jacks up the price a lot!

I love my room, very cozy and warm and my king size bed was amazingly comfy. The hotel was clean and quiet. It has everything that I felt like I was home. Perfect hotel when you're tired traveling. The staff were great. The breakfast was great. I would stay here next time with my hubby and longer.
