Great location, comfortable and clean. The cost for a 2bedroom, 2 bath condo here was equivalent to a hotel room.

There’s a rather strange ‘patio’ that consists of 4 walls surrounding a space about 6ft x 10ft that is surrounded by the condo. However there are great outdoor spaces on the property.

No check out instructions. We left before they opened on the Sunday and we didn’t know what to do with keys. Turns out you just leave them in the apartment. Also no WiFi password in apartment- we had to go to reception to get that. But these are tiny details. Overall this is a fantastic facility.

Comfortable bed, bathrooms nice, large TV, quiet, safe neighborhood, great adult only hot tub and two pools.

Refrigerator made lots of loud knocking and rumbling noises and froze all of our food, which most of which we had to throw out. I wasn't happy about that, but if that was corrected, we would have had a really nice experience. Livingroom seating was not comfortable while watching tv, so we moved the chairs so we could see it better. That could be changed around somehow, and we'd be happier. We would definitely stay there again with some minor adjustments.

Very clean and convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked, and having two bathrooms was great! The hot tub was nice and parking wasn't too far from any of the units.

There were some kids running around banging on doors, but that's more a parenting issue. Also, one of the bathroom fans wasn't working.

Was really happy with the 2 bedroom Villa. Was clean, staff were really helpful. Location was perfect for grocery stores, restaurants plus close to Zion National Park and other attractions near by. We will definitely book through Booking.Com again.

Great comfortable property and location.

I wasn’t sent details on how to access the keys in the lock box so I had to make an out of hours call which took some time for someone to find out the code for me to access my room keys. I had been traveling for over 24 hours coming from the UK with very little sleep and arriving in the early hours. My only criticism was that these details should have been emailed prior to my arrival.

We loved just about everything about our stay. The kitchen was especially helpful when needing to prepare food and feeding our family.

I had to cover up the door that leads from one of the bedrooms to the patio because it got too bright too early in the mornings and made afternoon naps hard for our kids. Had to hang up a swim towel to make the room darker.

Good location due to next to the golf course. And the facility has family and adult warm water pool in the property.

1. Water leak: The cause is not clear, but our bed room floor was flooded. At the end, we changed the room. 2. Did not run the hot water of shower : But the issue had been improved within 8 hours. 3. Did not work dispenser : It will be repaired in the day time by the staff.

There was no breakfast. For my family they tried to accommodate us as we were a large group (26 including children and babies. They let us use the club house facilities several nights so we could all eat comfortably together ) We were able to go to Tuachon (an outdoor theater which is always wonderful. Some went 2 nights to see 2 different shows). We went to restaurants and to an area water park

I've stayed here many times as a timeshare member. I own my timeshare at Jackson but always trade for another location. Villas is one of my favorites.
