My coworkers and I were surprised by how nice, spacious, and comfortable the rooms were. It was a quiet stay on our floor, and I really enjoyed the layout of the room we stayed in! The front desk lady was very sweet and accommodating with our work vehicle needs and we were appreciative of that.

The breakfast selection was limited, and the breakfast area space in the lobby can only accommodate about 4-5 people at a time. There was also limited seating space to eat breakfast. One other complaint I had was that the water fountain on the first floor was broken, and the ice machine only worked on the 3rd floor.

There were some protein choices at breakfast as well as yogurt and cereals. Apples were available. My room was clean and comfortable. It was divided into two areas. There was a couch and TV as you entered. The second space which was separated by the refrigerator, microwave and table had the bed and another TV. There was plenty of light and electrical switches. I appreciated the two living areas which made it seem more than a hotel room. It is very close to the Steinbeck Center.

The hotel is located in a commercial area and it did not look like a walkable neighborhood.

The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was surprised by the breakfast area, they have all the necessary items for you to have a nice breakfast. The room was super clean and that shows that they care about their customers.

There were many construction vehicles in the parking lot, but I was able to park next to them. Their logo sign is old, I feel that they can make better for people to find the building easier.

Room very clean and comfortable. Elevator makes room accessible. Hostess calm and polite.. Room looks like recently has been renewed and decorated. Close to fwy but room was almost quiet

No ADA rooms in hotel?. According to font desk person. Sofa chair is to small and old. Shower soap could be better. Breakfast can be improved without spending too much money and effort. I am handicap and it was hard to use the restroom period.

Easy access from 101, but no road noise. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great room on third floor with little kitchenette and sitting area - super nice after long drive in the car!

Would be great to add a little more to the breakfast- instant oatmeal maybe for folks for don’t do a lot of carbs. Thanks for the great fresh fruit.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was great coffee, orange juice, fresh fruit and much more very tasty.

The location was not the greatest but the one good thing that made it okay was there were good choices to get something to eat. One of our favorite places was within walking distance IN & Out Burgers.

The staff was so amazing. We had a very large/rowdy group of family members with lots of little kids running around and they were so understanding of our situation. They even gave us a heads up before locking up the front doors to call it a night. Too generous!

I prefer sink separate from bathroom so one can get ready while other showers but an extra light in that area would help since there is a full length mirror.

I liked the bed. There's no draft in the room and is kept warm easily. The room and bathroom were clean. I liked the body lotion that's was supplied. I like that I can make my waffles and how delicious and crispy it was. Staff is friendly.

My pillows were a little lumpy, but the bed was comfortable. Queen size is enough for me.

The room was spacious, very clean, had mini-fridge, micro. The beds were very comfortable. Has an elevator. Centrally located to our destination venue. Staff was very amicable, social, and heart warming.

No complaints. We knew there would be freeway noise.
