The location was good for what we needed. The room was spacious for our family. The maintenance men were wonderful! The breakfast woman told my husband she would make something different the second day as he told her things he liked, she did not disappoint! She was so sweet with us and we took such a liking to her! The second day we got behind as we had to rush around in the morning and almost didn’t make it, we felt bad she had made the breakfast she did and we weren’t there until the very end. However we stopped rushing to sit and eat and chat with her, she was such a nice woman!

We were in the building next to the main and it seemed a bit dated, it made it nice and quiet but very dated. It seemed the main building was more modern and possibly newly renovated but not this building. The room had a musty odor, the bathroom was very dark, the bedroom door did not shut, and the toilet seat was broken. The pool at night was full of crazy children with seemingly no parents caring they were diving, jumping, and splashing people. The family’s at the pool were just casually eating dinner at the tables and drinking, no staff member was ever around. The worst was the water, I couldn’t even see my skin it was so murky and full of hair!

Everything was great and comfortable

The only time I had to complain was the night I got there very tired from a long trip. All I wanted was a good sleep but the people right above me were super loud sounded like kids were jumping off beds to the floor then running. Even THE tv in my room shook. I called front desk and they told me they were sending security to quiet them down. It took them a good hour to quiet down. PARENTS PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR KIDS TO BE THAT NOISEY AT 11PM.. I HAVE KIDS AND NEVER LET THEM RUN AROUND IN A HOTEL ROOM AND JUMP OFF BEDS.

Ac unit leaked and much of the floor was wet. Also not all the lights worked. In all fairness they offered us another room when we complained but we were so exhausted from our long trip that we declined. We were only staying one night. Lastly, why do all hotels give us the pink sweetener for our room coffee? Why not yellow or blue?

I liked the fact that everything was perfect from the bed to the nice cold ac in the room and even the delicious breakfast made my stay feel like staying at home with my moms cooking

Reception on the tv and it not going out or losing signal and having the pool open for certain hours I would have liked to go and take a dip in the jacuzzi while looking at the stars

Best part was the Breakfast which was Very Good and included sausages, eggs, beans and tortillas to make tacos. The cook was excellent and all tasted great. They also had all the normal stuff like coffee, milk, juice, waffles, cereals, yogurt, muffins and fruits.

I was in separate building from the main hotel where Breakfast was served.

The Breakfast was delicious. Everything was nicely stocked and fresh. Very nice environment. Very nice staff. The hotel location was perfect and very convenient to our plans while visiting. I loved that there were stores, and eating places nearby too.

No negative comment. Everything was fabulous! Thank you! We will stay there again on our next visit.

It was a separate building, and no one could get in unless they have a key.

The breakfast area is too crowded. The TV did not have picture it was just audio. It took about an hour to figure out how to get the picture to show again.

They clean the bathroom,fix the bed every day ,the breakfast and the service every morning was great, overall I was very pleased.

The door on the main aile going outside to the parking lot it was open all the time ,safety concern

You can tell the hotel has had several renovations which are nice, but you can also tell of some things they've left that still give and old feeling to the room.
