To start with, La Capileira is special place in special region of Spain , I was pleased with hospitability of people I met and specifically staff in this hotel: very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean - it's truly 10/10 and I got exactly what I was looking for: perfect clean room with comfy bad to relax before/after just outstanding hiking adventure. Needless to say location is amazing. Great choice if you plan to stay in this part of Sierra Nevada. Thank you

the fact that I have only few days to spend in this place

From the moment you arrive you feel you are in a 'safe pair of hands'. This Hotel is central in Capileira just off one of the main squares. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Easy access to the public parking nearby and the local shops, while still quiet. When visiting this area we would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend it. A happy place.

Only the pillow was a solid long pillow for two, and could have been a little softer. But it is hard to mark down this wonderful and immaculate hotel for only the pillow which may even be typically used in this area.

It's a charming little hotel, right in the centre of this picturesque village, with a high standard of decoration and comfort. Handy for everything (supermarket, other shops, pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants) with two village carparks within five minutes minutes walk. The streets are narrow and the village discourages cars (by various means) but you can easily drive down to the square and drop off/pick up your luggage right outside, as long as you move the car back to the carpark afterwards. So don't let the lack of a dedicated hotel carpark put you off - it's really not an issue. Good quality linens and sheets, powerful (and quiet) aircon, plenty of hot water, reliable wifi, everything of a very high quality and standard, and with charming and helpful staff... This is a lovely little hotel and makes a very comfortable base for exploring this end of the Alpujarras. I stayed here five years ago - I loved it then and was delighted to return and find nothing has changed. Congratulations are definitely due to the owners and management for maintaining such high levels of service over the years!

There is NOTHING to dislike about this hotel - it's a delight.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the delightful village of Capileira. All necessary amenities are within a short walk of the hotel. The staff were attentive and efficient. The breakfasts were delicious and hot food was cooked to order.

Easy to find. Good parking close to htl. Quiet even though fully booked. Renovated shower/bathroom.

Actually nothing, but i guess guest with disability would have difficulties with outside stairs from parking. (at the same time, if you travel to a mountaion region you should expect level differencens). Food in the village slightly more expensive than in other cities/villages, including Granada (!)

Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed being able to make a cup of tea and tried all the flavours. Excellent Breakfast with lots of choice. Also appreciated the pool, my siesta and the location.

Only worry was the shower in the bath which I found a bit hard to use plus due to the short curtain I splashed water sorry.

Superb hotel in the middle of the village with an excellent pizza restaurant next door. Fantastic views over the mountains from our room. Spotless, spacious bedroom with a huge comfortable bed and lovely tiled bathroom with a powerful shower and toiletries provided. Tea making facilities, bottle of water and chocolate samples provided. Breakfast was delicious, well worth paying extra. Special thankyou to Victoria at reception who was very kind and helpful and full of local information. Also Adrian who, not only made sure that our cooked breakfast arrived hot, but also provided us with gluten free breads and toast. Great hotel and great staff. Thankyou for making our wedding anniversary stay, just perfect. Hope to return soon.

No fridge in room

What a beautiful relaxing stay!! The only thing i regret is not to have stayed longer!! Next time i would book for at least 3 nights! If you like hiking, enjoy great food and fresh air this is a great place! In the center of the town. You cannit park beside but plenty of parking at 30 seconds walk. Personnel is great place is super clean breakfast great and there is a lovely hidden garden and swimming pool that is just a dream.

Second time staying at this lovely hotel right in the centre of Capileira. Right beside the best restaurants and across from the atmospheric church and plaza. An added bonus is the pool which is a good size.

Nothing much not to like at this place. Everything was fine.

We were at the hotel for 6 nights October 2023. The central location was by far the best of all the hotels of a similar grade. The town is on a very steep slope and it feally pays to be central. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were superb.
