Nice big room with good bed, good bathroom. The room also has a sitting area and a small balcony. There is parking in front of the hotel, reserved, sufficient for the hotel. The breakfast was pleasant, pleasing. The neighborhood is a residential area, but nearby restaurants, cafes and shops are available and good.

The description of the hotel states that it is located in green, attractive scenery nearby the famous picnic area Kosutnjak, but it is located in a housing estate. It doesn't matter, but it confuses.

It is a small but beautiful hotel. We travelled on the international motorway and the location wasn't so easy when we arrived in the evening. But, we found it easier and quicker to reach the motorway in the morning when we left the hotel. Our room was 38 m2, basically it was an apartment and is supposed to accommaddate 4 people. The bed we slept was so comfortable but I can't say the same thing for the other double bed in our apartment. It was a sofa bed with a thin matris. If we were 4 people, I guess the other two persons wouldn't be very happy with their bed. This is the only down thing I can in the hotel. It is shame that it would ruin the whole good things for some people who would have to sleep on those sofa beds. The hotel was so clean and staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. You can have all the main standard hot and cold food. Above everything, I loved the idea of serving newspapers in the breakfast hall. My Goodness, how many hotel owners in these days would care serving newspapers to their guests? I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to everyone.

I believe the sofabeds should be replaced with proper double or single beds or the rooms should not be advertised for 4 people.

The room was quite big enough for a family and some staff was very helpful and polite

However, some staff (the young waiter and barmen lady) was not polite. Their face was very cold and they don't look at me when they give my order at the bar table. They make me feel like I am taking their time.

The service was very good, especially the two older gentlemen working in the restaurant. The reception staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel is located in a suburban area outside the busy center. The room was spacious and clean.

The beds were very soft, I am not sure if this is related to the type of mattress or the fact that it was dated. The shower was very small and one evening the room did not have sufficient warm water. The hotel is popular venue for weddings and large celebrations on weekends, hence the music was very loud.

Lovely big spacious room; beautiful building. Nice breakfast and restaurant/bar was great too. Very friendly and helpful reception staff who could answer all my questions and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of helping me have an enjoyable stay. Nearby there are shops, restaurants, bus routes...the hotel is out of town but the hotel reception were very helpful on local bus routes.

A better window/view would have been nice.

The room was absolutely huge, with very comfortable beds. There was a balcony and outside there are plenty of trees, which make the hotel intimate although it's near some tall apartment buildings. The breakfast was surprisingly rich as well, given the price we paid for the room.

We book this hotel every time we are visiting Belgrade. It is very comfortable, clean and located in a quiet area. The personnel is very helpful and children-friendly. The breakfast and kitchen are also very recommendable.

Very good value for money, very spacious, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, pretty good breakfast and very nice and helpfull staff, all speaking English, easy to understand eachother very well. Close to several convenience shops and pharmacies, ooen till late. Late breakfast, up until 11:00.

It was a bit difficult at first to find the location, but on our second stay we knew exactly how to get straight to the location.

Clean, big and comfortable room. Friendly at reception. Nice and quiet location. Really convenient place if you make a stop travelling to north Europe, close to the high way.

The breakfast was poor and didn't seem to have so fresh products.
