I liked it

in the morning I found another car (local numbers) parked next to mine, so close that I couldn't get into my car.I asked the woman at the reception about the owner, but she said she dont know (private parking with barrier) and I have enough space to get in my car. It was necessary to ask my friend to enter through the right side, It was the only bad experience with someone from the staff. The other people from the staff were very kind.

the staff were incredible! The breakfast was also outstanding. and it was very nice having a breakfast room that was private for guests.

everything was good to great. Our room size was small, but it was fine.

Stuff was super polite, we felt so welcomed. The location is excellent. The rooms are very cozy and clean.

I would recommend to a hotel to maybe add some mattress cover for the couch for the third person, it would make it softer and more comfortable. Other normal beds were really comfortable.

Clean and spacious room, enough private parking, nice staff. Breakfast is individual, you choose from 3 options, but everything was good and enough! The hotel is located 10 minutes from the city center.👍

The only problem was the size of the bathroom, very small and without space for various hygiene items!

The room was very large and sound, with a beautiful veranda. Breakfast was mediocre. The people were very nice, but the manager was the only person who spoke English.

It might be helpful for some of the staff to go to a Western language course - English, French, or German. Most tourists do not understand Serbian.

A good breakfast in an interesting part of the hotel. Very spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Plentiful bathroom amenities. Good location, you can walk anywhere.

There was an issue with payment of the booking - so I was twice charged. It was resolved in under a week - professional communication with the hotel via email and solved quickly via Booking,with small dedications due to banking services. There is no outdoor space in the hotel, but it's a good location.

Wifi should be faster and connectivity longer. Reconnection is required too often.

In Serbia smoking is still allowed in public places, restaurants and hotels. Preaty much everything smells of cigarettes. So for a non-smoker, it's not so pleasant...

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Very good and good value. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had everything that you would expect an apartment to have.

Perhaps some air fresheners available for non-smokers.

Everything was really great, nice and clean rooms, spacious and had everything we needed. Extremely nice personnel, we really appreciated them!!

The only thing not so perfect was breakfast - self service, but not the best.
