This small hotel is quite a surprise after passing through a somewhat dilapidated industrial district, including a coal power plant and a car factory. Apparently, the area was bombed by NATO during the Kosovo war when the former Zastava Armor and motor vehicle plant were targeted. The hotel seems to be another step in revitalizing the area. The hotel including the rooms sports an charming "industrial" chic. Motor blocks are used to make tables, cog wheels are used as ornaments in the lighting fixtures. The hotel has a restaurant with inside and "outside" seating, the latter being in a veranda- or greenhouse-like area, which also serves as a smoking area. The hotel features an attractive indoor-pool, a gym and a spa (no short term appointment available in our case, need to prebook spa next time). A la carte dinner was exceptional. Complements to the kitchen stuff and our young waiter. The breakfast menu was was more limited, but still quite good.

The floor in front of the four rooms located on the ground floor smelled strongly of chlorine due to being close to the pool. A double door or better ventilation might fix this. The windows of the ground floor rooms looking out front are not noise canceling. Since the driveway to the main entrance as well as the veranda are close, this means quite a bit of noise which dies down later at night, though. Smoking seems to be quite popular in Serbia. We would've loved to sit outside in the veranda, but the smell...

The hotel does not have a central location. In fact, it sits amid an industrial wonderland. Hotel Industrial compensates for that drawback by offering unparalleled boutique service. Generally, the feeling in the hotel is pleasant, in the style of a luxury saloon. The icing on the cake is the excellent hotel service and kind staff. An enticing look and splendid content make Hotel Industrial worth paying a visit.

Considering the quality of the hotel, charging for an espresso seems unsuitable. Given the restaurant's quality, they could improve the offer of a la carte breakfast dishes.

The hotel is super comfortable. They have free parking, a good reasturant and a small spa with a small indoor pool. One can relax there quite well. The staff is very friendly and helped me out with some local knowledge

The spa did not have the full services they announced. Perhaps they will improve when they hire the right person. The breakfast is only a la carte - super good, but you do have to wait for it for 10 mins. The location is very awkward - in a real industrial zone. I did not mind it, as I came with a car, but it is a bit weird.

like the design! industrial it is ! I loved the location and how everything seemed to be raw!

I think staff didn’t travel enough or management is not experienced enough! they are not aware of late check out policies they are not having facilities of keeping your luggage if you have late transport they want to charge you usage of the pool if you stay after 12. a bit ridiculous… we also saw a man on our check out who spit on the road, entered hotel with a cigarette (non smoking hotel). normally especially managers would come and ask how was our stay or say hi and offset assistance but not this one …

Industrial 1853 is located in a old (vintage) factory building, totally remade (renovated) for this hotel. The whole atmosphere is indeed industrial showing all characteristics of the former old building (factory?). The whole property is very stylish and has all you can expect in a quality hotel: restaurant, bar, swimmingpool, spa etc. Last but not least, the personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Regarding the hotel itself we have no complains. Arriving we only had some doubts about the area, because the hotel is really located in the industrial area. Literarily next to a factory/handling-site of charcoal (?), which you can also see on Google Maps. During our short one night stay there where no activities, but we don't know if that site is still active and in use during the week and what dust and dirt that can give in the air.....

Very clean and cosy, beautifully looking place.

A lot of ‘small’ things: Trolly for room cleaning left in front of our room for whole day and night. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. No place to dry swimming suits. Towels provided for spa and swimming pool are thin as a piece of paper. None of 3 hot tubs weren’t working. No welcome bottle of water in the room. A general feel of a lack of personal.

Everything was great from the facilities (gorgeous spa,massage etc), staff, food. Beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are modern and very clean. This is my third visit to Hotel Industrial - never disappointed! 😊

Everything was great, but would prefer that the massage guy wasn't answering a private call during massage and that he hadn't ringtone on, all the way. It is a minor thing, but still, I think this should be changed - after all we come to massage to relax and not to have phones around.

Big bravo to Cleaning ladies. Everything shines there. One of the cleanest hotels we have ever visited. Spacious room amazing bed and very nice decorated hotel in general.

The only disadvantage was the very bad internet in the room. Internet was good in common use areas such as restaurant spa etc but very bad in the room. Hotel is for 10/10 but I rated 9/10 just because of the bad internet.

Room was clean,modern industrial design, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, various choice of food. Spa and wellness was small,but nice and cozy(pool worm warm water, jacuzzi,turkish bath and sauna,and refreshing orange water)😀 Also I reserved antistres massage, that was nice.We had a dinner in hotel restaurant ,the food was good, but more on a pricier side.

Some of the receptionist should take more care about key left on reception,because in few occasions nobody was at the reception desk, and when we came to take our key ,he was missing. Receptionist didn't know where it is,and we found it in our room door,and the room was unlocked. Safe box in room wasn't working.

Very nice staff, spa center, comfortable and specious room and bathroom. It was a great and relaxing stay. Food in the restaurant is very tasty.

Some minor things- a bit noisy fridge, couldn’t find the network for wifi although I didn’t need it so I didn’t ask about it, light in the morning/ although there are black out curtains- room wasn’t completely dark. I didn’t complain about any of this cause I was ok with it and I am sure they would do something about it cause the staff is super nice.
