Hotel looks nice, it's new. Very clean. Good bathroom. Breakfast was nice. They have enough parking, underground garage.

Pool was a bit cold, I would prefer it to be warmer. Not really a Spa if pool is this cold. I was in duplex room, so we had roof windows. They had no blinds, so sun wakes you up at 4:30. Worst part was that they don't have no smoking part in restaurant. They do have separate bar on another floor, but they still allow smoking in a restaurant. You sit on a dinner with your kids and people next to you are smoking, whole place stinks. Shame, food is good, but I wouldn't come back for this reason, plenty of other places in Zlatibor.

The hotel is new, very cozy, clean, and modern. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean, offering a beautiful view. The staff is very nice and polite, and the food is excellent, especially breakfast. The hotel's central location is perfect for a beautiful walk in Zlatibor. Additionally, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi and parking. The spa is very nice and clean. It also offers delightful animations for kids, providing a wonderful opportunity for parents to take a coffe break. :) Thank you everything was great! ⭐️ All 5 stars are well-deserved.

Hotel is new, very clean, helpful and nice staff. Breakfast is great, spasious restaurant, good range of different dishes. It would be useful maybe to add one plate of non-pork dried meet and salami, but it wasn't any deal breaker, I could eat very well without it. Parking was free, we couldn't find place in front of the hotel, so we parked in the garage. Our apartment had two rooms, living room with kitchen and dining area, terrace (really nice view), bathroom, and bedroom. TVs in both rooms which was real plus. Location is a little bit far from the Zlatibor downtown and it's uphill (so maybe it is not suitable for those who are planning going out of the hotel a lot and don't have a car), but we used car for going there and didn't have issues finding parking. Spa and welness are super clean, with different facilities, like sauna, pool, salt room and steam room. As they claim, kids aren't there after 18h which we can confirm:)

We missed some basic things in the room like hand paper or welcoming drinks like at least bottle of water and some free teas and coffees. Also terrace furniture is missing, but they said they ordered it, so probably it will be available in couple of months, so these things weren't big deal, having in mind that they just opened. Also, pool and spa area seems a little bit small for hotel capacity, but we were able to catch some peaceful time between 18 and 21.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Queen of Zlatibor, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We are a family of four, with two boys aged 3 and 10, and the hotel catered to all our needs perfectly. The room we stayed in was immaculate, incredibly clean, and felt brand new. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we were treated to a stunning view that made our stay even more special. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was impressive and greatly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous spa. It was a true oasis of relaxation with two swimming pools, one specifically designed for kids, which our boys absolutely loved. The hammam, sauna, and salt room were incredible, offering a serene escape for some much-needed adult relaxation. It was clear that the spa was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages. The delightful breakfast included with our stay was another standout feature. It offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied both the kids and us. Starting our day with such a wonderful meal added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The hotel also had a nice playroom for kids with new and nice toys, which our boys thoroughly enjoyed. It was a great space for them to play and unwind, giving us a bit of relaxation time as well. The hotel's staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warmth and professionalism contributed significantly to the overall positive experience we had at the Queen of Zlatibor. In summary, our stay at the Queen of Zlatibor was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of a pristine, very clean room, excellent amenities, a delightful breakfast, and outstanding service made it a memorable stay for our family. We highly recommend

Spa - pool was clean, sauna and salt room available. Organization was good, even if it was National holiday. View from room amazing. Excellent breakfast with variety of food. Also, staff was very professional, polite and well trained!

Nothing particular, as suggestion it would be good to have chairs and table at terrace (to enjoy the view 🙂)

Hotel looks like brand new. Tasty food in restaraunt. There is SPA center: pool, kids pool, salt room, Finnish sauna, Turkish sauna, aroma sauna

Cold water in pools

Variety of food for breakfast, a nice hotel, clean both in the hotel, spa and wellness and in the rooms. The lady working at the pool entrance desk was always polite. Nice location, close to the center, you can also walk to the center. But all in all it was nice experience visiting Zlatibor and staying at Queen hotel.

Maybe we were there during a very busy period, but the parking lot was always full, the pool was crowded, the water in the small pool was cold, so two days we had to be in the big one with two small kids, also we had to wait for the sauna, salt room, etc...

Location is very good, it is not in the city center, but not too far, so you can still get anywhere easily. Rooms are big, clean, new and comfortable, with big terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. The stuff is amazing, very kind and friendly.

Since this is 5 star hotel, there are simply few small things which you would expect to have, such as better room service, they do not have one, you can not call restaurant from the room, using their phone, you have to go to the restaurant and tell them to bring you stuff in. There was no bottle water or just small bag of coffee upon arrival, you have to go to the store and buy it, just info if you are coming late to be prepared. As I mentioned, terrace is beautiful but there is not table or chairs there so you will have to take it from the room. SPA is nice, but the water in the pool is cold.
