Loft is really cool, with bed being on a second floor, good furniture, very clean room. More equipment than in a normal hotel room; it also had a microwave, a toaster, a water boiler, plates and cutlery, scissors, access to a laundry and laundry detergent etc. Once you got the hang of using a cell phone app as room key, it is pretty convenient. @Kim and @John are super-helpful in case of questions.

MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE THE CHECK-IN IN A PLACE WITH WIFI BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. You'll need an access key to get into the building, and you only get it after full registration (or, somehow, it does not work with booking.com). Help only available via What's App, and as a foreigner just arriving in Singapore, you might not have access to the internet yet. In this case you're locked out until you've somehow managed to find wifi somewhere. No stove in the kitchen, so only useful for short-term rental.

An absolute jewel in the heart of Singapore. Super high value in Singaporean terms and the location is everything you could ask for. The room made the best out of the very few square meters available. Everything was almost perfectly clean, furniture and the build of the room were of high quality and the room even had a socket adapter. The check-in went effortlessly despite my fears and the staff was quick as lightning to help with my stored luggage.

If you have any sort of claustrophobia or have a big build this might not be the place for you. There's no space in the shower, very little room for your luggage and the roof in the "upper floor" is low. Personally I didn't mind any of this. While the views are fantastic, the windows are fairly small and covered with a plastic foil so you'll have to open them to enjoy the view. My only complaint would be the long washing times of the washing machines, though I did appreciate they had (several of) the machines and driers in the first place. Before booking make sure you've read through all the limitations of using the apartment as there's quite a few of them and the rules are stricter than what you would have in most hotels.

Great boutique hotel in the city center of Singapore. It is 10 min on foot from City Hall MRT station. The room was well equipped - kitchenette and bathroom on the floor level and a bed loft overhead. There is a TV where you can watch Netflix (if you have an account), regular TV channels did not work. The room had a small fridge and a kettle. The hotel features a laundrette which you can use free of charge. The staff was extremely helpful - Andrew, Shannen and Ryan helped us a lot during check-in, our stay and check-out.

The only issue we had is the fact that the hotel uses an app-key instead of a regular plastic card key. It was a hassle to activate the lift every time we went in ans out. Slightly better with the room door, but the app was lagging sometimes. And, we had to always keep phones from charging out, otherwise we would not be able to get back the hotel.

Andrew, Divina, Ryan and Shannen were exceptional hosts. They were outstanding in their response time before check in, reassured and helped me check in and allowed me to store luggage until tea time trip ro rhe airport. Rhe location, just behind Raffles hotel made travel anywhere in Singapore easy and straightforward. The bed was comfortable shower fab and wonderful to have free laundry facilities on the next floor too. Gluten free creperie comes highly recommended further down the street and the restaurant below also catered for gluten free which was an added bonus for me. I would highly recommend staying here.

The loft rooms are amazing - placing the bed on a raised platform gives you lots of space, very modern furniture, everything you need is there. The staff (Shannen, Divina and Ryan) were incredibly helpful and friendly. Having a washer and dryer freely available made a long trip so much simpler. The location is perfect: a few minutes to two major metro stations, a great choice of food in Bugis, or Boat Quai. The air conditioning worked flawlessly.

The app-based check-in/room key ultimately worked fine and I believe the staff has adequate backup solutions to address common problems, but it was still less convenient than a regular key card and an unnecessary source of anxiety and friction. Don't let this deter you from booking here though, the amazing rooms are worth it! Staff seems to be under a lot of pressure to remind people to leave a review. There was a warning about construction noise when I booked. There was no noise at all in the mornings (including very late mornings) or evenings when I usually was in the room, but on one weekday where I was in the room during the day, hours of incessant, loud drilling were more disruptive than I had expected.

The modern design, high ceiling made it feel spacious compared to other accommodation I've stayed with that price. Very smooth check in process, they even help storing our luggage before check in and after check out. The location is excellent, walkable to Orchard, Merlion, and Bugis. Easy communication with the team online and on-site. Special shout out to Divina, Shannen, Mae and Ryan for the warmest and friendliest Singaporean hospitality! :)

We really enjoyed our stay, nothing much to say here. But if there's room for improvement, maybe improve the soundproofing of the room doors as we can hear people talking outside at the corridor.

This facilities in the most wonderful location literally just opposite the road from Raffles couldn’t of been more convenient and the set up is so cleverly done and comfortable and biting for the most perfect stay in Singapore with access to all the places where you want to be staff are great so helpful couldn’t make this more highly. This is a hidden gem of Singapore. The staff Davina may Shannon and Ryan just go that little bit further to make sure that you’ll stay is perfect.

The digital key was moved to us, but we got used to it. The staff is so helpful. They make everything easy.

The rooms were fantastic and thoughtfully designed. The loft was spacious, offering ample storage for a solo traveler. The location was ideal, with all major attractions just a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Shannen, Andrew, Divina, and Ryan were exceptional hosts, always quick to respond to any questions I had about the property. I would definitely consider booking with Heritage Collection again if I return to Singapore!

Accessing the elevator and room keys via my phone took a few tries to figure out, but once I got the hang of it, it was very easy to use. In fact, I preferred having the keys on my phone rather than carrying a key card.

Location is very central; the staff (Mae, Ryan, Divina and Shannen ) were very helpful and extremely responsive (even at 1 am!) . The room was clean and functional, the air conditioning was good. You can't hear the outside noise at all.

The app checkin was definitely functional but not the smoothest experience. I'd also prefer to do everything physically rather than through an app. The stairs in my small loft was slightly steep so that going to the bathroom at night was less than ideal: only do this if you're confident in your legs.

We received email about accessing room while we were travelling, so this was abit challenging when we arrived and did not know how to access our room once we gain entry into the building. After 12 hours of travelling, it was hard. However the staff was very helpful and came to help us in person. The loft room was ok for a overnight stay but would be abit small or comfortable for a longer stay. There was a view to residential highrise but we kept the window shut because of the air conditoning. Location was very central and good transport network. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out, thank you!. Thank you to helpful staff and their patience. The place was very clean. Recommendation: A few teabags / coffee would go down well.
