⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bratislava! The location is very easy to find, and the host was excellent — all the check-in instructions were sent on time, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all facilities and equipment in perfect working condition. There’s plenty of parking available, so no need to worry if you're arriving by car. The breakfast was a real highlight — a wide variety of delicious food options that catered to all tastes. Just a 10-minutes of drive to old town, there’s a bus station where you can catch bus, which conveniently take you to all the major tourist spots. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. who help and guide us for old town visit and touristic spots Overall, a perfect spot for a comfortable and hassle- Highly recommended!

Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were very good. The room was clean and quiet. View was nice.

No washcloth or back scrubber brush. I can't reach the middle of my back and I am very flexible. A washcloth or back scrubbing brush would solve this. ( This is why I would rate the hotel as only 3 star ) The shower stall was very small and I am 6 foot one inch tall and 185 lbs, ( tall and slim). It worked but was tight. Bathroom still had cigarette odor)

Big choice of breakfast, great size room.

Very impressed by this place, the hotel was great and clean, staff is speaking English very well, the bus station is 3-5 minutes away, but it is way better to take an Uber if you’re a foreigner. We booked the option with breakfast included and we were so pleased by the diversity of food (“all you can eat” type of breakfast) and the excellent taste it had. Our room was cleaned daily and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommended.

Nice employees, sufficient room for 2 of us, air conditioner was working fine, the view from the balcony was nice, breakfast also really good, parked outside of the hotel parking lot without problem, we have also watched some german TV for some minutes (didn't care about the channel variety), the room was clean, no complaints in general.

Some minor spots occur in the room, that could be handled quite easily, but seems to be off intrest, eg.: carpet trim off the wall, tile grout falling out in bathroom. With a little glue, grout and a caring janitor such things could be eliminated within minutes.

Everything was great, the room was nice and it was cleaned every day, the staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of things to choose from. It is a quiet area and the location was covenient for where we needed to go as there are bus stops 5-10 min from the hotel. Overall a good experience.

It was a joined room (which we didn't ask). And sound insulation between joined rooms was really poor. Breakfast was average.

Soviet union style hotel. Old stuff, smell stays there since Brezhnev. Restaurant downside was closed (Three Kings time, but still, it’s a hotel which should serve visitors) EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. For instance in Prague hotel with restaurant with Michelin star chef costs twice! cheaper. Don’t go to this “soviet” country. Don’t stay in this hotel. There are many better places to visit/stay around Slovakia

Hotel was very comfortable to stay. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed having the breakfast during our stay. The staffs were also very cordial. The location was near to the city center and we can travel easily. Overall, it was a nice staying experience.

The room service could have been a bit better. The room was being cleaned but the bed covers was not changed regularly. Overall it was satisfactory but can be improved.

The room was nice. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of free parking space in front of the hotel. Stuff is friendly and very helpful if you need something.

Wifi was not good and not reliable at all. If you are ok business trip and need internet you might be in trouble. No fridge in the room. Very inconvenient if you want to have a bottle of water cooled, medicine or baby food.
