- although coffee was provided, there was no milk sachets or creamer in the room - a milk jug was brought up though when we asked but there should be powdered creamer - but this is a theme we found in multiple places in SK - either no coffee or tea or no milk - something was always missing

Good, clean hotel, walking distance from the city center, accessible by car. Breakfast is good, although not many vegetarian options are available. Wellness is in the same building. Also, there is possibility to have lunch or dinner too in the same building, which also contains a bar. Personnel is nice.

Location of the hotel was excellent being a short stroll to all major local attractions. The room I had (executive double) was well appointed, comfortable and of a generous size.

Breakfast was good as a whole although I personally would have liked to see the availability of some fresh fruit.

The breakfast was very varied and a good selection. However all "hot" options were COLD. Cold eggs, cold mushrooms, cold bacon, cold beans, cold toasted sandwiches, cold omlette. We ate 30 mins after it opened (7.30am) so everything was fresh. Why serve it cold? This let the hotel down. We will not stay again. The breakfast would have been 5 stars if it was hot, but it was 2 stars as it was COLD.

Breakfast was lovely, staff welcoming, beds comfy, rooms spacious and clean. This place's within a stone's throw away from the old city centre.

Handles didn't hold properly. The fridge cabinet was somewhat shabby. Otherwise, everything was up to our expectations.

I stayed in a suit with planty of space and good Wi-Fi so I could work comfortably the entire day. The breakfast was good as well.

The only drawback was the persistent noise from ventilation and/or heating facilities located just next to the bedroom. It did not bother me during the day, but I had to use earplugs at night to be able to sleep.

Superb location steps to downtown and tram stops. On-site parking. Great family suite. AC. Wonderful restaurants. Warm and kind employees.

Seems whole Slovakia likes hard mattresses, experienced this in other hotels too

The hotel is nice in an old style. Still with the old style the hotel is nice and clean.

In my room there was wes very strong noise of radiators. The typical tapping noise that made it hard for me to sleep.

Because of the COVID restriction, I have breakfast in the hotel room and the day before I could choose from the breakfast menu. Breakfast was nicely prepared (a lot of food). Also, I ask the staff when I arrived if I can have a bath in my room and the staff change the room for me, that was really nice of them. The room was very clean.

There were no negatives for my one night visit.
