We enjoyed everything at Penzion Drak. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant is nice and the food is very good. The breakfast has most of the things you would need, and for dinner you can choose between several dishes. There are ski lockers with pin code. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a shuttle car which takes you to and from the slopes which is very convenient.

Nice room, kettle and tea in the room, which is always helpful in hotels. Good choice of food for breakfast. They offer own transport to Jasna. Personel very helpful.

We booked a room with additional bed, which was shown on booking for 2 adults and teenager. In reality it is too small for family of 3. There is no space to move around. It would be suitable for parents with a baby. We were moved to 2 rooms finally.

The wellness is excellent with jakuzzi and sauna for private use that we could benefit from after an exhausting hike. The meals on the restaurant are fantastic! Hats off to the chef. The food was far more the best that I've tried so far. The staff is always polite and look out for all your requests. Warmly recommend.

Lady at the reception was helpful. She met us in late hours as we arrived well after midnight. She checked us in very fast. On top of that, she helped us with ski passes. Spoke good english. Breakfast was good with a great variety to choose from. Menu was also pretty good and tasty.

Some waiters did not speak english or spoke very bad, thus we got something else instead of what we ordered.

If you have half-board, you will chose the dinner for the main menu, whit not extra cost, which is great.

The ski buss goes only at LUCKY. If you have little kids you can't go to the slopes whit ski bus. The reception didn't have the phone number of the driver. The kids room it is not like in the photos. Almost does not exist.

The cuisine is extremely delicious, we had a very good breakfast and dinner. The pension provides a shuttle to the ski slope of Jasna (and back to the pension) which is very convenient. The staff is very kind and supportive. Late check-out is possible for an extra fee.

The wellness is very expensive, the plus fee for using it is too much.

- expensive wellness for guests and expensive bar drinks , children’s playground a little tired

The restaurant is just the best in the valley. The accommodation was great. Breakfast was perfect: large and varied. This was not our first time, we've already booked another room there.

From the garden there is a direct entrance to the river, which was great. The restaurant is exceptionally good. The staff is friendly and promptly fulfilled all our requests.
