The installations where nice and clean, the pool area was really nice and it had a bar. The service was really good. And, they had a steam room and jacuzzi.

It's too expensive considering that it doesn't have a private "beach"/deck in the lake. Second, it doesn't have a shower, the bathtub it's really uncomfortable when tried to use as shower and the water splashes everywhere.

Cleanliness was great in all areas & air conditioning was brill.

may be bit noisy or bright if you stay on a roadside room, we were fine on the poolside room.

Nice friendly staff, good parking, kettle, fridge and air conditioning in room. Balconies at the rear of the hotel are not flooded with blue light as they are at the front. Pool area looked great though I was working long hours so I didn't get a chance to use it

Previous guests' dirty coffee cups and a glass had been left in the fridge, I took them out but they remained in my room for the duration of my stay. Captive plug in the sink had lost some parts from the mechanism. Not a big deal, more an irk. The poor tortoises are still there in a tiny tank beside the restaurant. Strange that the bar wasn't open despite it being high season, I assume they're facing the same staffing issues as many others since covid

Very very clean. Right by the lake. Good food. Good facilities for kids.

Noise level. Either street view with a disco nearby or a pool view where the staff starts hovering or cutting grass at 8 am on a weekend (!). Pool has only 2 umbrellas needs way more shade.

Location is great, helpful staff and clean. My daughter enjoyed company of rabbit and bird. Parking is comfortable.

Overpriced (like all others in Senec). Wellness and pool (not warm) are extra for guests after their first 1 hr use even if we have stayed multiple days. Breakfast is not so many choices with quality food, rather tasted cheap.

The hotel is in a great location from Bratislava airport as we travelled from Ireland and have family in Modra 20 mins away. The facility for children is great and the surround area has loads to do.

I booked a room with a pool view but was given a room to the front of the hotel with my 3 year old and the music was pretty loud late into the night. Breakfast wasn’t great and even though when booking it says the hotel serves food , the restaurant wasn’t opened once during our stay. We stayed the 3rd week in August. Also you must pay an extra charge for some of the indoor facilities like the pool etc
