Really nice hotel. Well equipped wellness section. Good breakfast ( more fruits would be nice). Dinners are really great and good value for 15€. Friendly staff. Good location, 15-20m walk from the center of T.Lomnice and 5-10m walk from the train stop.

Two beds put side by side instead of a proper double bed. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything. Payment for extra services is done by telling your room number which leads to stuff being often ordered on different room numbers. Make sure you check your receipts at checkout. They are paying a lot of attention to avoiding you stealing your wellness towels by exchanging it for some paper cards that you can not loose or you pay a fine, which I find laughable considering that if someone wants to steal they can just order cocktails on different room number.

Very good hotel. Ideał cleaness. Perfect location in a quiet area, perfect kitchen and more than perfect wellness area. Very friendly personel.

The first thing to improve is the room description. Not every standard room has the balcony or the mounrain wiev. Some of them have only „lateral view”.And are dark No air conditioning and even sranding windmill in the room- this is the second thing. Both easy to improve.

The prices for additional services and products, especially drinks are outrageous in the hotel at the moment. While having dinner the cheapest possible way to drink water was to order 3dl of sparkling/still water for 3€ which is really way too much. The same goes for the pool drink and any other drinks on offer.

Brilliant location great facilities Absolutely loved the bath facing the window which looked out onto a beautiful Mountain View

No air con and a party being held in the garden grounds, so in the very hot weather with the windows open you couldn’t sleep!

- nice and clean room, beds and pillows are comfortable - very good dinner, good breakfast - nice and helpful staff - cozy wellness center, especially great sauna area - free parking at the premises

- poor sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors talking, especially if they are on the balcony, you can hear people walking in the corridor, etc. - there is no AC or fan / ventilator, it is impossible to ventilate the room

Wellnes and SPA was very good. Comfortable beds, silent rooms. Tasty food. Very clean. Big parking for cars. Playgroind for kids. Perfect place for relax durinh long trip.

A cold coil, covered dishes, a poor menu for a child, an old coffee machine. The staff hardly speak English. There was no animator, although there was supposed to be a program for children. High stairs to the reception for luggage. Small dressing gowns.

Definitely the SPA and the view from the room with the mountains view. If possible, I strongly recommend to choose this type of room if traveling solo or couple ( the room is small).

Great spa with indoor swimming pool nicely opened to surrounding spaces outside. A quite place around with an opportunity for nice walk to Tatranska Lomnica

dinner was good selection and tasty breakfast was a bit disappointing regarding selection of food SPA was vey nice and pleasant location was very good for our hiking plans

breakfast and also we were a bit disappointment that the room was not on the mountain side. we were strongly recommended by the reception staff to take the room on the Vally side since it is bigger and with a balcony

From the very first moment to our last day was wonderful. Very nice, intelligence and friendly staff . Nice services of spa and pool . Excellent food and large options of choices even for vegetarians. Highly recommended.

Shame that we’ve room on opposite side of the mountain
