Pictoresque hotel in one of the small city-center streets - but with a direct car access and private parking. Great localization, just at the steps to the castle on one side, and a city main square just a few steps down. Great for a short city-break. Breakfasts are in a neighbouring restaurant - just around the corner.

Rooms, although clean and need, could use a bit of a refresh. Nothing major though - the beds were comfortable, the AC worked (although it the remote was running on it last legs), the minibar and bathroom - all good.

The hotel is very well located, we could park our car in their parking lot which is a huge advantage as in that area the cars are not allowed (only if you live there). The room was spacious and we had a view to the castle. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff were really friendly.

A perfact locatin, dirctly under the castle and in the historic center. Nice room with view on the castle, big room, even with a little kitchen. Great breakfast, with view on the city and its old town.

Finding the hotel by car is a bit cumbersome as you need to pass the pedestrian zone, and you can do so. Bed could be a bit harder and the room as it was just under the roof, may have been a bit bigger. But all in all, a great place to stay...

Very nice staff. Beautiful Location, very quiet at night time and in the morning. Breakfast is served at an upper restaurant which overlooks the town square and the surroundings - absolutely beautiful view while enjoying a very nice breakfast. Facilities are very good, and a great mini bar. Car parking is secure and safe.

Kettle may need replacing, has a faulty switch and keeps boiling the water when plugged in.

The location is very good. Between the castle and the central area. Breakfast is very good aswell with an great view. There is parking available at the hotel which in this city is highly appreciated! The bathroom and beds were clean. Considering the price with parking and breakfast it is a good price.

The room itself is a bit older with carpet and no balcony. It could use a bit of an update. But again the room itself was clean

Staff and communication! Excellent. Despite language differences . I knew I would be arriving late on a night they might not have 24 hour coverage. I sent an e-mail and promptly got a reply and that they would wait for more arrival. Sure enough they did wait!

The room was incredibly hot during a hot period in the region. Unfortunately the climate control was not on when I entered the room and it took a couple hours to cool off.

The location couldn't be better. You are essentially on top of the old town centre, so all the restaurants are just a flight of stairs away. Excellent breakfast in a lovely restaurant across the street. Spacious room. Good beds. Good ac in the bedroom.

Room quite outdated. The ac unit in the living room did not work (only pushed air around, no cooling effect). Sofa bed insanely squeaky and tilted, only for small kids! There was a smell in the small bathroom that still gives me nausea just thinking about it, maybe it is a cleaning product but it smells like old cologne and maybe that could be changed. Quite noisy - but that's what you get for a central location I guess. Wi-fi worked intermittently.

The hotel is located in the downtown of Trencin with a parking spot available. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was very big, clean and warm. The breakfast was very good in quantity and quality. Highly recommended a stay if you are planning to visit Trencin.

The only flaw was that TV didn't work properly.

restaurant, and the breakfast staff was not caring to refill the food, no plates left even when we came 40 minutes before the end.In fact, we could not find the waiter and when we did he was nervous and didnt refill the food at all, so we had plates in the end, but no bread etc. Pity.

The location is spectacular - right below the castle, and 2 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. We liked the size of our room. It was functional and reasonably comfortable, if a bit dated and with minor maintenance issues. The windows looked out over a pretty pedestrian street, and we could actually see a bit of the castle above us. The on-site parking was convenient for our mid-sized car, but it would be much less so for some ridiculous oversize SUV. As a side note - you actually need to drive in the pedestrianized zone to get there, so do not be surprised.

The room was a bit dated and there were minor maintenance issues: the lid fell off the foot-operated dust bin, the showerhead holder was broken. While the room was generally clean where it mattered most, we could see a lot of dust in places, like on the radiators, blinds, and lamps. It was not disgusting by any means, but most hotels of this rating handle dust better.
