Very friendly family owned and managed hotel, about 2km to Koper's old city and 1km to the motorway. Very clean and friendly envorinment, excellent breakfast buffet, nice and spacious room, you can also chat and ask with the owners, if you wish so, it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

The only bad thing, which is not up to the hotel, is the connection to the city center, if you want to walk. By car, it's quick and easy, for pedestrians, there is a walk close to the bike lane, but close to the main streets. So you should rather use the car, as long as you don't want to walk beside cars for 20 minutes or more. However, that's not up to the hotel, therefore nothing to criticize about it.

The hotel is in a rather industrial area on a dead end road with bike lane running right in front of the hotel wich can be helpful when reaching a center of Koper. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. The breakfast was just incredible! Probably the best we had in whole Slovenia so far...

There is too little parking space for the whole hotel. So first come first serve. The road facing rooms can get noisy in the morning from the trucks and general traffic so ask for the garden facing rooms if they are available...

I´ve asked for the room for one, so I expected very small room, just to spend the night and go out for my business activities. They´ve provided me with big bed for two people, which was very comfortable, there was even a couch, where the third person could easily spend the night, if there would be more people :) The room was very clean and comfortable, with balcony. Breakfast is perfect, everything is fresh and it is visible they take care about their guests.

Location was nice and calm, but a little bit far away from town center. For me it wasn´t a big problem, I like walking by foot, but my colleagues were a bit exhausted :)

The stuff is great, we were there last year and we came again, they are so friendly and helpful. Breakfest is good, perfect to start the day. The location is good also for visiting Trrieste, you can also go to Isola by bikes. Every recommendation for this hotel and the people working there.

The cleanliness and decor of the room. The Breakfast was amazing....something for everyone!

Unfortunately the reception was only managed to 22:00 and main entrance closed. There was, however, a night entrance at the side accessed by steps to the first floor. The entrance was next to my room. This caused me to be awoken several times until 2:00 am (Saturday night) unfortunately.

Well located but you need a car to get quickly to the city center. Broad choice for breskfast, rooms clean. Air condition worked well.

Personnel not very friendly, quite neutral. Bathroom extremely small; it smelt badly like drain. Xxxxxxxxxxx

Our room was big with confortable couch, air condition, fridge, TV and balcony. Bathroom was clean. The hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Everything OK. Very pleasant hotel.

In front of the hotel is only little parking lot.

Family hotel, boutique hotel. Spacious, clean rooms, staff (owner) polite and kind. Great and free bikes. The beach 15 minutes by bike. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent option for a stay on the small and charming Slovenian seaside on the Adriatic Sea. Free parking

I don't remember anything negative

Hotel je presladak, svi zaposleni su divni i srdacni. Dorucak je odlican, veliki izbor i sve je sveze. U svakom trenutku su tu ljudi na recepciji da vam pomognu. Na mirnom je mestu i sobe su prostrane, higijena na nivou. Sigurno cemo se vratiti. Samo pohvale za osoblje i hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast made our day ! The eggs food (e.g. omelette ) are made particulary at request in front of you ! Near the hotel is a shopping center and some restaurants and fast foods. Recommend !
