Great location 2 minutes walk to ski lifts , ski school , and equipment 4 minutes walk to old city center 3 minutes walk to nearest supermarket ! Comfortable beds , quiet rooms and spacious. Very helpful and friendly reception! Very friendly restaurant staff ! Rooms were warm and clean! Ski lockers ! Nice very clean and warm swimming pool ! A great buffet breakfast we stay 5 nights and they had something different every day ! Nice wood fire in the reception/ bar area ! Macallan 12 year old single malt available! Secure car park , fitness gym ! Overall a great value 4* in a fantastic location with great personnel!

Great Hotel we made 2 reservations in December! Great extensive buffet breakfast with hot and cold food fruit yoghurts cheese lots of local produce too ! Bacon and nice sausages some great hot sweets available at breakfast! The evening buffet is also diverse and great value ! Comfy beds very clean rooms ! The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful but professional! The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and doing a great job ! The spa swimming pool and fitness center were good and well run ! The ski slope and ski equipment shop is 2 minutes walk Oriel.Sl is the nearest and the old town centre is 5 minutes walk so the location is absolutely perfect!

Nothing to dislike

Good location, had views of the mountains from the room. Room and bathroom were large and there was a small balcony to sit out on.. Comfortable pillows!

The first morning there were several coach parties staying and it was difficult to find a table at breakfast that wasn't reserved for them. Several items had ran out and weren't replenished. However, they'd all gone by the second morning so there was a good choice at breakfast.

Location of the hotel is great, close to the city center and also to main roads so you can easily reach different directions, depending where you are planning to go (you can reach Tarvisio and Belopeška jezera - very nice to visit, also Soča valley where you can swim during the summer is reachable from two different directions - either through Tarvisio then to Bovec which road is not so difficult comparing to accessing to Soča passing through Triglav where you have a lot serpentine). Close to the hotel is also Jasna lake, very cute and not so big, you can also swim or take sup or whatever you like. Cycling is also very popular so you can find a lot of different cycling roads. Very easy access to a parking lot in front of the hotel which is really good advantage (paring is huge and there is no need to make a reservation in advance). Stuff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is also good, offers different variation so you can find something for yourself.

It is visible that the hotel once was very nice and modern, but today furniture is a little bit outdated but still fine; beds are really comfortable, if I am not mistaken there is no air condition in the room but we did not need it since during the night temperature were low and it was nice to sleep.

Older style hotel but renovated,clean and cozy. The stuff in hotel are very helpful and friendly and they were the most positive thing in our whole stay. Nice swimming pool and excellent breakfast with lot of choices,rich and tasty. We are definitely coming again.

Prices at hotel bar are over-exagerated, the bar itself is nice and cozy and we would like to stay there but unfortunately we had to go to the city where drink prices were half of the hotel ones.

Very good location with parking up front. Staff is great eager to help and overall very pleasant. Breakfast is tasty with good enough selection of food. Pool is nice, good enough to enjoy and rest.

You pay 5€ for the bathrobes, if you don’t have towels for the pool (or take from the room) you pay 3€ for towels. And if you want to go to sauna you have to pay 14.7€ as well. This is not a deal breaker at all it’s just something that is free in other hotels.

Hotel is really close to ski slopes and has a private parking space and this is an issue to think about when planning to visit Kranjska Gora

Hotel is outdated when it comes to accommodation style and amenities.. The guest are a huge issue - loud and without manners and management did not do anything to resolve problem with people acting like they are alone and never have visited hotel before.

Big spacious hotel that caters for tour groups as well as individual travellers. Rooms are bigger than average and have big balconies with a table and chairs. All very modern. The breakfast was very good. Helpful and welcoming staff.

I stayed here twice. The first time I thought the buffet dinner was very good. However, I thought it was fairly mean not to make table water available and to force people to buy water. In the morning there is plenty of free flowing water so there is no excuse. The second time I stayed there were a few tour groups and by the time I queued for my dinner I had lost my appetite for it! The food was only lukewarm and I wasn't very impressed. I think there could be a lot more serving stations in the large dining room to avoid the need to queue.

Attentive and friendly reception staff. We saw that the hotel was constantly cleaning floors and outside. Snow was removed from the parking lot on time. You felt cared for. There was always something to choose from for breakfast, delicious sweets, cookies. The hotel is located close to the ski slopes. Very convenient. The view from the room to the mountains is great.

It's not very important, but it's hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

The friendliness of the staff- the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, the lady at the spa/sauna area was extremely welcoming and went great extent to make me feel comfortable. My favorite place were saunas - good variety of saunas (steam, infra, bio, Finnish) , tea and fruit in the relaxation room. the waiting staff in the restaurant was also very friendly. I stayed longer than a week, so I had the opportunity to witness creativity of kitchen chefs-there was a great selection of national and international dishes, every evening different sort of fish/sea food, great salad bar..Also breakfast was very pleasant-with great selection of cereals and cooked food. Especially adorable were catrobot-helpers and pancake machine. The room was bigger than I expected and I also had a balcony, which I also didn´t expect. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and the linen smooth. Also the location was just next to the ski-lift.

There is nothing not to like.
