The room was spacious and clean. An excellent buffet breakfast is served. Our room was on the heavy traffic roadside, but thanks to the good isolating windows, it was quiet. The reception desk people and room ladies were kind and helpful. Good parking in the underground garage. Bus station No. 6. is very close to the hotel and the bus goes directly to the cable cars by which you can reach the hilltop.

We are tea lovers and found no kettle in the room. The ergonomic mattresses were too soft for our taste. The bathroom would badly need a fresh air supply. Parking is not free.

Orthopaedic mattress was very comfortable and we had memory foam pillows. The shower was large and had good water pressure. Separate WC was also very useful. Well sound proofed room. The breakfast buffet was varied with continental, hot breakfast foods, fresh fruit, cereal and pastries. The location of the breakfast room on the roof top terrace was wonderful with a view over the river. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking in the garage under the hotel was very easy with lift access to the hotel lobby ( parking at extra cost). Easy walking distance to the old town but also well situated for quick access to the motorway.

The shower floor was very slippery and my boyfriend had to be very careful gliding out of the shower. We had a metal doorstop cemented into the floor of the bathroom which was obstacle number 2 getting out of the shower.

Very nice location in the direct neighborhood to the city center. Very kind personell, very clean. Thr Hitel itself seems to be visitrd very frequently so you can notice some very little damages. But that dors not dampen the overall impression.

On friday and saturday the beside located bar creates some noise, soyoz cannot realky open the window the first part of thr night. Maybe this is only in summer while the terrace of the bar is opened. But this is also only a very small disadvantage you should keep in mind.

A super modern hotel. Great reception. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Our large luxury room overlooked the river. It was quiet.The bathroom was excellent with a super walk-in shower and separate bath. There was a separate toilet room with bidet and hand basin. Breakfast was excellent: huge varied selection!Good secure parking. Close to the old town.

We arrived on a Sunday when unfortunately the super 5th floor restaurant was closed. However we were recommended a very good restaurant nearby in the old town. Complimentary tissues in the bathroom would have been useful. The parking is quite tricky to find. It would have been helpful to have had directions to that instead of the main front entrance which is on a busy main road. Fortunately we arrived on a Sunday when there was little traffic but we still wasted 15 minutes trying to locate the carpark. This would have been quite stressful at busier times.

First of all, a bit thanks to the staff, who were so supportive, nice, and forthcoming. We felt at home. The hotel is in the perfect location, within walking distance of the city center, pedestrian area, and anything else you would need for a comfortable stay in Maribor. We also went skiing for a couple of days, so it's not a big hurdle to get to the mountain nearby, especially compared to the price of the hotels that are closer or in the ski area. The food is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable. It's just a great hotel to stay in!

Sound isolation was a bit of a challenge. The room was connected to the other room, so we could hear each other talking, not to mention anything else. The room would benefit from having a working table or something similar. It's not really uncomfortable working on the laptop on the coffee table.

Very close to the centre, on the riverbank with nice view to the river. Carpark is under the hotel, safe and cool on a hot summer day. The breakfast is abundant, exhaustive choices. They are dog friendly, he could join us even in the restaurant, there was no problem at all.

The walls were not too thick, one night we could hear the neighbouring couple having it away at 3am. The restaurant/ bar is on the 5floor so if you stay on the 4floor you’ll hear the party as well.

The location is great, underground parking is comfortable to use. Good breakfast and restaurant on the top of building with wide view.

I wouldn't recommend to take some rooms on 4 th floor because of restaurants upstairs. You would be awake early in the morning because of noise from there. Please ask receptionist to follow you to the elevator, without support you wouldn't have chance to find it. Lobby itself is used for some presentations and sales of third companies and you coul feel yourself lost there.

Big room, separated toilet and bathroom. amazing room. The staff was super nice. I had only 10 minutes for breakfast to have tea and some fruits and was disappointed, because pineapple, oranges and melon had peel on it. Not practical with the intention that people can’t consume a lot. This is the reason that I can’t give 10.

The flooring is made of fabric with a lot of dust. Unhealthy. I do wander how is this still allowed since there are so many people with allergy on dust.

Great location (main square or the castle are just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel; also across the river there is a shopping mall); big underground parking; huge rooms with modern furniture; secure (acces to hallway by card); probably the best breakfast I've ever had.

Weird access to rooms - you have to take 3 different elevators to get from the underground garage into your room. The room we stayed in was right next to the street so it was quite noisy (although it was on the 4th floor the bridge is quite close to the room); also we were awakened at 6:30 AM by the sound of chairs from the restaurant above ( on the 5th floor they serve breakfast). The room may look nice in pictures because of the modern furniture but is far from being newn. The walls were dirty and scratched; the bed headrest was scratched; the toilet seat was cracked and stained; in the shower there was a lot of mold.

The Room was big, had a shower and a bathtub, which is a clear plus. The Toilet was in a separated from the shower, what is also excellent. Mini bar was also available. The bed was exceptional, one if not the most comfort one i slept on in the hotels so far! Staff was friendly and always trying their best.

I just missed a mini fridge or a small compartment for my own stuff...
