The hotel is located right in the centre (on pedestrian zone), but you can get there also by car if you follow the instructions sent by the hotel. We wanted to stay only 1 night but still see the city, and it was very convenient. The monuments and restaurants are only few steps away. The room was spaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! It was better than in some hotels with more stars. It is worth having it even when it is not very cheap.

To get to the hotel you have to follow exactly the hotel instructions. Parking places in the underground garage are limited and can´t be reserved. If you are lucky and get a place there, you have to get there with the car by the elevator, that is rather narrow and not very comfortable for big cars or unexperienced drivers. The breakfast room is nice, but rather small so it might be problem with the space / free tables.

Good, varied breakfast, something new appears every day, delicious cappuccino, you can also feel the national color, juices with a natural taste. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly. We choose the "large room", where there was a spacious shower room and a separate toilet and feel satisfied. Around the hotel there are many cafes, pubs and restaurants, there are also more places where you can buy food to take away. You don't have to go far to buy souvenirs or useful items that you can give to your hosts.

Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room and a fridge was missing, which is an important factor when staying for more than one night.

Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available for an extra €11 per night, either behind the hotel or in a garage with a narrow lift. The reception is open 24 hours, which is a nice touch. Overall, a good, no-frills option for a city stay.

The room lacked a minibar, had a strong citronella scent from air fresheners, and noise from other guests in the hallway was quite noticeable. But still we had a nice stay!

Location is in the city center, with own parking. We got a bit surprised that you have to go over the pedestrian square to enter the parking, but it seems that it works out like this in Maribor. All the instructions we received from hotel were very timely and clear. The breakfast had variety of food, it was very tasty. We recommend this place and would gladly visit again!

Parking was a bit too crowded and on the morning of our departure we had to wait for 10min for the truck to move so we could park out, but except for this minor thing, we were totally satisfied.

- fantastic location (in the heart of old town) - parking (for extra fee) but didnt bother us - breakfast is exceptional ( we can say the best breakfast of all three stars hotel we have stayed) great range of both, cold and hot dishes. Usually hot dishes are quickly boiled or prepared, here it was really tasty. Stuff takes good care that there is all the time everything fresh and enough for everybody - people at the reception desk are kind, they have polite contact with guest, they dont look like low energy batteries which is great - comfy and very clean room, beds are good, the smell in room is also nice - its not noisy, very pleasant overall - keep on going with good work

- the only thing which could be better is to fix pressure from the tab in bathroom, its not good.

It's well worth the price-value ratio. In the city centre, next to Interspar for grocery shopping, KIK, cloth shops, coffee places, and restaurants. The main square is 5 minutes away. The bed is comfortable, a bit higher than usual. I was surprised by the cleanliness. Shower gel and crisp bath towels awaited us. Great variety of breakfast, egg, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, cakes., fruits. Good coffee, and smoothies are available. They even served special diets: rice and non-lactose milk (even non-gluten bread by request)

We stayed in this hotel last year and we came back again. Hotel is in city center (really in center- so everybody was looking at us when we were driving to hotel), it has its own parking. Heating in hotel is very good, maybe even too good. It was very hot, so we had to open window during all night. Rooms are clean and very big. Nice breakfast. This hotel has very good "value for money".

Not much amusement in hotel itself but as soon as you walk outside you are in center of town and there are plenty of options.

The location is so central. The parking was easy. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and a happy feeling dining area.

The gentleman who did our check in had an air of snobbiness to him. Felt like he was doing us a favor by having us stay there. Didn’t do anything to make us feel welcome by opening up for questions or sharing anything about the local area. Another gentleman who was there in the evening was much more helpful and attentive. The hotel itself could be renovated and modernized.

- Difficult to watch TV, directed to the bathroom, but if you like to watch from there then no problem 🫠 - If there is no parking space outside you can park in the underground parking which is crazy, you need to use a really narrow elevator, you will definitely feel some adrenaline driving inside the elevator - Some rooms require using short (~5) stairs which can be problematic for older people

Very nice staff, clean room and bathroom, the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was served bezween 7 and 10. However, as I was leaving earlier, I was offered sandwiches and got coffee from the cafeteria area just after 5 am. There is also a vending machine selling different kinds of coffee at the reception, and you can also get water, cold drinks and some snacks at the reception. The hotel is located in the city centre, just two minutes from the castle, not even ten minutes from the river and the Old Vine House, about ten minutes from the city park and thirty minutes from the Piramida Hill top. When my taxi didn’t arrive in time, the staff called the taxi service and I was able to catch my train.
