Everything was excellent, although we tried arranging a braai with our tour partners whom did not stay at the guest house during our afternoon before we had to leave at 19:00 for our next game , but they were not allowed “outside guests” I can only imagine why they would not allow this , but was a bit awkward for us . But totally understandable knowing that some people overstep boundaries and damage property. And get intoxicated. And what superb food they serve!!!

Privacy

Them grinding at 8 in the morning and messing on the car. The manager offered that the employee cleaned the car, which we appreciated. However, he also offered breakfast on the house verbally but left a note in the room that we can get wine from the bar. We don't drink alcohol. The wastebins are next to the room, and they are also a disturbance, especially early morning.

The guest house is exactly as it was advertised on booking.com,it's very clean and neat also the rooms with aircon ,beds are very comfortable, the staff are very friendly with a smile on their faces , all of them are helpful when u need some thing , They clean your room daily change the linen ans towels. Specially thanks to Bridge for his kindness and patience , definetly we will book again when we visit Cape Town.keep it up the good standard of the Excellent guest house

Everything! I enjoyed Everything about my stay. This place exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, i felt comfortable. The rooms were private. It was peaceful. We enjoyed amazing buffet breakfast for just r90.00 per person. You could eat all you want. We enjoyed the pool! And the braai facilities were exceptional! Staff always helped with whatever we needed. Very professional! There's eveything you need , u can literally just pack up and go with your clothing. I will definitely be going back soon, i might even become a regular guest. The parking was safe and secure a walk away from our room on the property. You could bring your own alcohol and they could also serve you with no corkage fee. Absolutely fantastic stay! Keep up the great work!!! 👍

Loved that there was a "pub", outdoor area very attractive and room was sufficient for our needs. Enjoyed the location as it was close to where we needed.

Would have liked an easy chair or small couch in the room and perhaps 2 outside chairs. We made use of the table under the Lapha near room 1 but would have been awkward if the room in front of it was occupied.

They did all the efforts to make my days in CPT valuable. It was a wonderful honeymoon and the best days in my life. And they have the best team to clean everything. I recommend and give a 10 stars with pleasure.

Your service, food, staff and place are exactly what your name says, EXCELLENT, it was my husband's birthday and I by luck booked us at your venue after another booking in Darling fell through the mat. Never did we knew we would have such an amazing time at Excellent Guess House, only 5 minutes away from our home. It felt we were on a fantasy island! We actually booked again for our anniversary in December. 😁👍🎉

Very welcoming staff facility exceeded our expectations however I was not able to stay even though I would of loved to but my family did and they enjoyed themselves I would definitely recommend excellent guest house and also would love another experience of the facility

Everything about excellent guest house exceed my expectations. Been going there for almost 6 years. Never had an issue. Sooo peaceful

Owners and staffs were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and spotless! Airport pick-up & drop off were on-time and convenient.

Airport shuttle price is quite steep at R400 per way. Set dinner taste was below expectations. Felt like leftovers heated up. We'll return but go for food delivery next time.
