Lovely guest house with good breakfast that you had to choose the night before and also the time you wanted to be seated. Very good location close enough to beach and can easily walk to cafes and shopping mall about 15 mins walk away. Quiet area and feels safe. Lovely cleaning staff.

Very steep steps to side of property that you have to climb to check in and also access breakfast room and front terrace. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and it’s a struggle to get baby equipment up and down on a daily basis.

Erika is a wonderful host and so very friendly. My room was clean with everything I needed and must have been one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Was wonderful and quiet with no noisy neighbour's keeping you up at night. Breakfast - very delicious, with an assortment of cereals, yogurt, fruit salad and a choice of warm breakfasts, coffee and tea - andwonderful as well that I had different time options available, so did not have to be up super early. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mt Bijoux! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The accommodation itself is stunning, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. My room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Clara. She went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was memorable. Her local knowledge was invaluable, and she was always ready with great recommendations for places to visit and dine. Clara's friendly and professional demeanor made me feel right at home. The location of Mt Bijoux is also fantastic, providing easy access to beautiful surroundings and attractions. I particularly enjoyed the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views. Overall, I highly recommend Mt Bijoux to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. A big thank you to Clara and the team for making my stay so special. I can't wait to return!

The location was good and we walked down to dinner which was pleasant. The Breakfast was excellent and as it was included in the cost of the room, it was very good value for money. Communication from the host was also spot on and appreciated.

very minor complaints but the aircon was not operational and the room was hot at night. the pillows were a little lumpy and the water pressure wasn't great, although we did receive communication around this in our room, so it wasn't a surprise and although my shower wasn't great, my husband had good pressure and a good shower. All in all a very pleasant stay and great value for money.

I only wished I had a shower in my room (that's just my preference). Mine had a bathtub, and my colleague had a shower. Other than that, the place was lovely. The host is very nice, breakfast was good, and a gorgeous view of the ocean while you enjoy breakfast. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

Just check on the shower vs tub in the room. Only 4 parking spots. So when fully booked, you may have to park on the side of the road

I like this guesthouse and always book here when I come to Blouberg. I like the location. The rooms is very beautiful. The breakfast was very good

I don't like the fact that Blouberg is not that safe any more and that you have to be careful to not let the doors stand open etc, for the guesthouse is on the street.

Lovely location with great views from top terrace over the sea. Well decorated home and cleaning staff very attentive and personable. Very good value for money.

You have to access reception via a steep set of stairs. Even if you have a room on the ground floor you must access the breakfast room via these stairs……very difficult getting bags and baby equipment up and down.

I was pleasantly surprised. I loved sitting and working on the patio, having a view of the ocean and Table Mountain. When you enter the guesthouse its like walking into a different era. I loved staying there. I would definitely stay there again.

The street was a bit busy especially on voters day and peak hours. It can be challenging to get into the road from the parking.

The parking is not in an enclosed area and when the guesthouse is full, you have to park across the street. The breakfast is at best average. Cupboards have insufficient shelves and access to them is difficult.

Comfortable large rooms nice decorated with all comfort including fridge. Clara did care about us from parking at arrival even to an easy check out. Very attentive and supportive staff. Good breakfast and not far from the beach. Very good value for the money.

A bit noisy road in front of the house. Otherwise all good.
