I liked the room, free toiletries, bible and gospel music during breakfast.

The TV doesn't have DSTV or streaming services.

The room was very clean and I enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning.

The kitchen staff weren't friendly at all and they would hover and look like they were in a rush for me to finish eating. One day someone started tidying up and returning food items into the kitchen while I was eating but breakfast time wasn't even over.

If you want to relax do not book shared bathrooms unless you bring kids because when its bath time eish its hectic you try to shower, some kid wants to get in the toilet for number 2 he tells his mom there's a naked man in the shower hey hey haikhona just add a little money then get a room with a shower.

the breakfast was good and delicious. only they didn't provide much variety for a vegetarian protein. Please enforce the rule that people should come for breakfast having bathed and in neat attire. the sight of sleeping head bonnets and wrinkled night garments does not go well when one is eating. please may clients come smart and tidy for meals.

I had very heavy bags and the room was upstairs and the reception lady could not even help with any bag even the light one. A smile is very welcoming to guests, reception team please share a lot of the smiles. you are the front office of the lodge. There is room for improvement on this.

The guest house had a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, which made my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms and general areas was commendable. I appreciated the affordable pricing and the Christian values that underpin the service. The staff was courteous and helpful, making sure that my stay went smoothly.

Shared Toilets and Bathrooms: While the shared facilities were kept clean, I would have preferred more privacy in terms of en-suite bathrooms. For future consideration, having private bathrooms or offering more private bathroom options would greatly enhance the experience for guests. Checkout Policy: The strict enforcement of the checkout time, without any flexibility or grace period, made the departure process a bit rushed. Introducing flexible check-in and check-out policies or late-checkout options would be appreciated by many guests who need extra time to organize.

Love the look overall of the place neat tidy and well look after. I will suggest it for good value for money.

The wifi is a bit poor signal get lost quickly. Breakfast was nice, but I would suggest that you dont put hot stuff (like the sausages) not everyone eat strong stuff.

I really like some of staff and the receptionist i think they were very good and made you feel at home. Gugu was an excellent worker and stood out from all the rest. Ayanda was also a good gentlemen and was willing to go the extra mile.

I had a very rude someone that came to clean my room and she is not friendly at all however the rest of the staff was good 0

The breakfast was good, healthy and delicious. The staff were very kind to guide me on the menu and afforded me to choose on my preference. The location is perfect. On the center of almost of every direction. I was mobile but my observation was that, public transport is just few meters away and is safe. The gentleman (I did not take his name) at the guard house, was so kind and welcoming. The music was soothing as I was enjoying my breakfast.

The breakfast was perfect. The fact that they were able to cater for me as l had exams and allowed me to take my breakfast with as l did not have time to eat early in the morning but after the exam, exceeded my expectations. Best location ever as it was just a walking distance to the mall.

If microwaves can be put in each room not to have a common one. If possible, when booking there has to be a way where it shows that the room you are booking uses a shared bathroom and a toilet or not for you to be able to choose the one you prefer.
