Hotel has an amazing view and a great location. It its extremely well priced and highly recommended for business travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and while there is not much else on offer it still well worth the price.

Rooms can be noisy and room service would have been an improvement. The breakfast was not great and the restaurant did not lend itself to meetings over coffee etc. That would be appreciated, I'm sure, by business travellers who would at times want to have a coffee shop type venue for a quick meeting.

The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. The ocean view was lovely and rooms were cleaned each day.

The hotel was booked two months before our stay, in which the number of rooms, bed were all confirmed. It was also confirmed that three people would be having breakfast over three days. However, when we went to have breakfast this was not confirmed and we were denied breakfast despite having confirmed this two months before our arrival as well as the day we booked in. Poor management in this case.

I loved everything. I must salute the ladies at the front desk. They are absolute gold, in particular the two black ladies. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is lucky to have them. The room is stunning, the decor, comfortability and cleanliness is 5 star 🌟. Overall good value for money. I would stay there again without a doubt.

The only negative is that the walls are too thin. Our neighbor was up at 4.30 and we could hear everything they were doing and the TV was so loud.

I had a very nice stay, the bed was comfortable, room very clean. Alimihla, at the front desk is very polite, makes you feel welcome and clearly explains everything and still asks if you had a comfortable stay before you leave.

To be woken up by a knock from cleaning room service at 9h00, she still came back after 10h00. I wish they can give people time to check out at 11h00 then come and clean.

View was Woow, also rooms were clean except the problem our key in room 315, keeps on stucking & you have to back to the reception, because there's no telephone, that was very bad, other than that it was good

Not having telephone on our room, that I didn't like, coz you have to keep on running to the reception, also not having supper there we had to go to Garden Court for itgood

I didn't take their breakfast this time around but I know their breakfast is very good

The staff was not very accommodating, we were driving from Cape Town the previous night and that's 12 hours drive ( thats tiring). We asked if we could be given any room available prior to the check in time which was 14:00 and the answer was a big NO from Zinzi. We waited from 10:45 in front until 14:00 and no one had a courtesy to see if we can be assisted on our request (we felt that they don't care about us)

Kennaway Hotel exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed our time with my granddaughter. The place is immaculate, very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I will book the hotel again and again and again.

If they could provide more dishes Nd cutlery. Please have a smart tv or tv box for YouTube or Showmax

Was clean and modern, everything worked and the rooms were a very good size, stayed here a few times before will continue to go back

Sadly, the TV in the rooms are mounted back to back on a thin panel so you can hear the neighbours TV word for word even if its on a low voloume, I did complain but no switch was offered

The green fly in a dinning area, worse later to find it inside the jar with orange juice. That was during the breakfast time. Next morning I didn't eat , another fly was still buzzing😔.

I like the way the rooms are arranged and they have big space, we'll done Kennaway hotel. The staff was friendly, they clean the rooms everyday changing the bed everyday.

There was no bar fridge at my room that was the only thing that hurts me, otherwise everything was excellent.
