The location is great. The room is very nice. It was comfortable and quite. I enjoyed my stay. Everything was superb, exceeded my expectation. I am happy most of facility.

the check in time. It was supposed to be 15h30 but i ended check in 16h15. I think the staff was not being considerate. I came early in the building but some people came after me and they started helping them. So i felt like,they they don't value me or my booking at their place by the time i get the key, i was very angry.

Location close to the city center which makes it not complicated to go for buying dinners in the closest restaurants, we did not had breakfast though. Ayanda in reception gaves us a warm welcome, had called prior and advised that we were running late for check in, he assured me that it all still good, our reservation is still secured. Clean rooms, television with dstv channel a bonus.

I wouldn't say there was much i din't , i could only offer an advice to whoever looking for a peaceful and quite night, that he/she may not experience that as the hotel is located right in the middle of the busiest spot in the town, you will wake up in the middle of the night/early morning due to ongoing daily life of the citizens

DSTV channels are limited and boring. At least they must add netflix or just add more channels in Ds and one of the staff members didn’t talk to me in a proper way as we ended up checking out late because we were waiting for the iron😏

Everything about the lodge is exceptional staff is soo calm and collected welcoming although I faced difficulties them not bealiving my partner was old enough lol, but they handled the matter exceptional I am definitely going back there

Nothing actually except that the are some channels that are not available on TV but everything else is exceptional

Breafast wasn't included, but the location is good. Close to the taxi rank for those without cars. I didn't have a problem when checking in, the lady in the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks!

The lodge is in town - literally close to the restaurants and supermarkets. Alao the stuff were amazing, they literally allowed me to check in early. 😭♥️ Their rooms are amazing too! If you are into grooving, the place is literally next to some club. But I couldn't hear the noise from my room - even though it was close to the club.

My shower didn't have a door, so as I bathed the water would split on the floor - and I have to step on it.. 😪😪 But I'm sure they're probably working on it.

Venue is clean the staff is friendly

The was no electricity from 1am to 22pm I suggest that there must be electricity backup (generator or solar panels)
