the rooms were exceptionally clean well equipped. the aircon was but on before we got there so rooms were nice and cool as the temprature was 38 %. there was ice in the fridge. There was ice cold drinking water in the fridge daily. clean linen every day. They have a 0cafe on the premises where breakfast , lunch and supper is served if you want, at reasonable prices. Very clean swimming pool. nice braai areas for each chalet. if you needed anything the staff and owners were very welling to help

Location is in a lovely area and in close proximity to the places where we needed to go to. Friendly staff, neat, clean, serviced and air-conditioned rooms. We appreciated the extra water points to refill our water bottles and kettles. There are plenty of facilities and activities for children - putt-putt, swimming pool, playground, zip line. We enjoyed the birds and fowls in the well-kept gardens. Such a great place for families. Profcon is real value for money - so reasonably priced for what you get. Their on-site tea room and little shop makes life easier as there is almost everything you need in one place! We will definitely book at Profcon again when we visit Graaff-Reinet.

This resort had all the needed amenities including swimming pool, on-site shop and restaurant with affordable prices, play areas, putt putt, braai facilities, fully equipped kitchen, daily room service as well as coffee,teabags, sugar and a litre of milk in the fridge. There is a supply of clean drinking water in the fridge and in the two kettles which gets refilled daily.

There was no potjiekos pot in the unit and the toilet/bathroom opens right into the kitchen. The bathroom has no window.

Hassle-Free Check-In: The check-in process was a breeze, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. The staff was friendly and efficient, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests. 4. Central Location: Nestled in the heart of the Graaff-Reinet, Profcon eliminates the need to go out of your way for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a quick overnight rest or a longer visit. 5. Family-Friendly Amenities: For those travelling with children, Profcon is a fantastic choice. The expansive kids' play area, complete with putt-putt and jungle gyms, ensures that little ones are entertained and happy throughout the stay. 6. Will Return: With such a positive experience, we can confidently say that Profcon has won us over. We're already looking forward to our next stay and wouldn't consider any other pet-friendly option in the area.

1. Microwave Malfunction: The only minor hiccup during our stay was a non-functional microwave. However, this was easily overcome by utilizing the oven for our food heating needs. 2. Shower Head Upgrade: Another minor suggestion would be to consider upgrading the shower head. While the shower functioned perfectly well, a modern shower head would enhance the overall bathing experience. In conclusion, Profcon stands out as an exceptional accommodation choice for pet lovers and families alike. The minor inconveniences we encountered were far outweighed by the numerous positives, making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

The people are very friendly and helpful. We were early but we were allowed to already put something in the fridge while they were still cleaning the room. For our children the place had a lot to offer. There are plenty of things they can do in a safe place. The room was also very big and comfortable. Great value for money.

It was a bit noisy so now and then at the gate we were next to. We woke up at 5.50am by a woman arriving with a car and having a phone call with a loud voice. The evening was noisy as well with a group of teenagers. That's the con of a resort I suppose.

Our stay at Profcon resort was exceptional. The room was larger than expected, well equipped, clean and tidy. The staff was extremely friendly and we were well received. We would recommend a stay at the resort to anyone looking for a quick overnight stop.

We were not especially happy with the parking arrangements. Even though there is parking, it is uncovered and vehicles are exposed to the elements.

We liked everything!! Friendly and helpful staff made our check in easy. The unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The resort is geared for loadshedding , with a special light in the room as well as a gas plate to boil water for coffee. Vehicles are parked safely on the premises. Thank you for a very pleasant stay, we will most certainly be back 😀

We were travelling from the Free State to Plettenberg Bay. It was a welcome stop. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities. Thank you.

Insects, but there was spray we could use. We sorted it out and it is part of nature, which can't be controlled. Perhaps some citronella candles or spray would be nice.

This was maybe our 10th visit to Profcon when traveling, And it still stays the best. We love the option to wander around the resort with our pup and feel safe. Will never stay anywhere else in Graaf Reinet. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Theres nothing not to like.

This is a rather unique venue as it has large grounds and a variety of accommodation types interspersed with gardens and play areas. Great if you have kids and/ or pets! All the staff we encountered were so welcoming and helpful, which makes a big difference.
