1.They couldn't get ahold of me on my cell, so they made other means and spoke to me over WhatsApp. I found that really cool. 2. I was welcomed with warmth. The staff members were amazing. Both at night and day, they were warm and professional. 3. The room was top class. It had a mini fridge, enough wardrobe space to put our luggage. The TV, with the sports channel for watching the Premier League, a kettle some coffee, tea and complementary biscuits. 4. It was so convenient as they working with Mugg n Bean and Steers which were opened 24hours!!!! They brought the food to our room and the food was always warm!!! Even the food from.thr bar was nice. 5. IT WAS DEFINITELY VALUE FOR MONEY!

The bath tub, but it's just a me thing. I prefer showers. Either than that, everything was amazingly spot on! I am definitely going back there when I get a chance.

The convenience just off the road is always a winner. The access to shops 24/7 is also great especially early in the morning or late at night. Filling station, Eating places, good seating in and outside such shops - you can even get a delivery to the hotel.

At the time of booking I had made a special request for a ground floor room due to medical reasons. Unfortunately that was not considered when my room was allocated, but I was fortunate enough to be relocated to the ground floor upon further request. Wake up call was requested, but didn't happen luckily I had set my alarm for 10 minutes earlier.

Quiet, comfortable and clean, this is an excellent overnight stop when driving Durban - Joburg. The staff were very helpful and gave us the use of a wheelchair for my mom which made things easier. We had two rooms one downstairs and one upstairs, both were quiet, couldn't hear the N3 traffic at night. Beds were comfy, wifi reliable as I had to do some work zoom calls. Tea, coffee, biscuits in the room. Next time will try the dinner at the pub on the premise, they had the grill going which was very inviting. Would definitely stay again on our next trip down to Durban.

Suggest to make more than one room for disabled (i.e,, with railings in bathroom), as it was taken and would have been helpful for my elderly parents.

We arrived very early (5 hours before check in) and they accommodated us without any issues. The staff is incredible and always assisted when needed. I forgot my purse and they called us right away when we left and returned it to us when we got there-the service was amazing! The property is perfectly located if you want a rest night on your way to Durban as it’s right off the highway which was perfect! The bed slept great!!

I like how it is just on the N3 because now we didn’t have to be driving around looking for a place while we are tired. Also how there’s a lot of restaurants & petrol station next to it

I know usually hotels don’t have microwaves but please bring back microwaves 😭, I couldn’t warm up my food

Drains in our bathroom stank and we had to vhsmge rooms. In the second room the basin tap would not close properly and leaked heavily all night. Nescafe coffee sachets were terrible, probably old stock.

They staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was big and clean also we ordered food and coffee it was so quiet to arrived and it was still hot and well prepared. Please keep up the good work.

The bathroom is a little dated but perfectly clean and servicable.

The location was great just off the. high way as we travelled from Johannesburg to Durban and this was a great location to rest fir our travels. Clean rooms, friendly staff, clean facilities and great breakfast.

To be quite honest I couldn't fault the hotel as it did serve its purpose that we booked it for. We only wanted a quick stop over from our journey and it met our expectations and needs perfectly. Thank you.

There was nothing to not like, we just needed a hot shower, cup of coffee and a bed to sleep in. Ticked all our boxes for our immediate needs. With it's location it's not exactly a holiday destination but instead a stop-over in transit hotel.
