The location was great as it was close to all the amenities and services I needed to access. The staff were absolutely brilliant, always so friendly and always willing to help

First 5 days the aircon was not working properly and made the room very hot. The pillows were not great and I actually had to purchase my own pillows and the bed was hard. Curtains look like they were not cleaned in many years.

The Service Was Exceptional, There Was Not A Single Time Were I Had A Dull Moment. The Breakfast Was Too Delicious, I Just Couldn’t Wait For Mornings So That I Could Have Breakfast, Always The Best.

The noise is too much there,you could hear people making noise I ddnt enjoy my stay because of the noise ,the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety to choose from ,and you must go early for breakfast because when you go late you will find food finished,you must improve like other hotels add food when it’s finish I cannot be waking early while I’m on holiday because of the breakfast,WiFi sucks ,TV is also poor I’m very disappointed about this hotel

The rooms are clean. We got an upgrade and stayed in the penthouse. Thanx The breakfast was great but cups, both in the penthouse and restaurant are really very small. The staff was generally friendly and prompt in meeting needs.

The bathtub is leaking. The towels have seen many day and look very dull. It’s not easy to work the air conditioning which blowing cold air even in this cold weather. The couch underneath the staircase is not safe. One may bump their head when standing up. There were no extra blankets in this cold and there is no telephone line to call reception for help. Guests have to use own telephones to call reception for room service or something. Surely a penthouse should have all these amenities. The bedding is more suitable for summer.

Rather disappointed with lack of provision of complimentary toiletries. Also only 1 bottle of still water supplied in fridge for the 2 people for 2 day period, and only 2 sachets of coffee per day. Found the supply of complimentary products very disappointing. Expect to at least have water and coffee available in the evenings. Definitely place for improvement on the breakfast. More coffee options at restaurant needed for an establishment of this standard. Filter coffee only and very weak coffee

The staff was very welcoming and professional especially the Indian lady (sorry for forgetting her name) from the reception . We even got a free upgrade to an apartment which was really nice and spacious that we wanted to extend our stay, but couldn’t because they were fully booked for the weekend. Definitely coming back for another stay!

Can’t complain!

The room is big and clean.... The swimming pool is clean... Breakfast is everything delicious and can choose what you want.... The stuff is friendly and welcoming

Location is really good, the apartments are lovely and homely. Suitable for long stay. The staff are really kind and helpful both at the reception and restaurant. Close distance from the Airport is a plus.

What I find frustrating...The apartment booking on booking.com doesn't specify if you're booked through the hotel or via private owners. You start to figure it out on arrival. The hotel manager on the listed contact number was rather rude and dismissive. There is no plan for loadshedding in the rooms, ehen it's dark it's dark
