The grounds are very pretty and very well maintained. The units were neat and clean. Pool and bar area has a lovely view of the river. Staff were very friendly and obliging and helped with all our requests.

The 4 sleeper unit could do with some maintenance. For a self catering unit, it needs a proper stove top cooker. The kitchen equipment needs an upgrade. e.g. the tin opener didn't work, there was no grater or chopping boards. Mugs rather than tiny cups and saucers would be great, A clean dish towel supplied every day helps to keep dishes washed in between servicing, the drinking water container provided should be filled up every day, the braai area needs some maintenance work and a refreshing coat of paint. The second bedroom needs a bedside light, we had to move one from the main room, and both rooms need a rubbish bin. These are not criticisms they are just pointers to help create a better experience for the guests.

The staff was friendly and accomodative and the rooms are clean and neat and worth the value of the house and the money and the place is quite and reminnice to be a good place to stay in the morning and take a look at the club and the place where you can find a good hotel in the area of downtown and nearby restaurants and then you can find a good hotel in the area of the city and the hotel

Nothing much except for the best for those who love to have a good thing happening with that contribution of the house and the money and the place where they are not strict enough to make it for the meeting with them to make sure they are not satisfied with what they are doing and what they need to do to make sure they are not the only ones that are of service plan

Lucky, our guide was fantastic, and made our stay just that much more memorable. The rooms are well appointed and clean. With a great view from the bar/lounge deck. Meals are freshly prepared and scrumptious.

Nothing it was an exceptional stay. To nitpick possibly handsoap and an extra toilet roll would've been great.

Pleasant environment. Eddie book us in snd was very very helpfull. He walked the exstra mile to organises super after we did not book. Fish was fried very deliciously by friendly Moses, Moses omelet was also very good. I order tea with dinner but they could not serve a basic drink, we shall definately use the accomodation again

The views over the Komati river from the fully stocked bar. Rooms were spacious and well fitted.

Close to highway, can hear the trucks and police sirens during the night.

This place was really value for money, we could just relax and take in all the beauty nature has to offer. Gavin went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed the drinks and stories told at the bar overlooking the Komati river and Kambaku gold course. Swimming pool was amazing. I will highly recommend this establishment to anybody. I will definately be back trying out the tiger fishing. Keep up the good job management and your team!

Toilet is a bit cramped in next to the bath at no:3 chalet.

Room was very nice :) Bar was open even though we were the only ones :) Friendly staff :)

Not a single coffee/tea sachet provided in the room. Everybody drinks coffee/tea when they wake up, and not having this basic necessity is really not nice, as you pay quite a lot to sleep there already. Noisy trains/trucks all night.

The lodge was perfectly located close to the border. The food at the restaurant was good. The scenery was beautiful with the pool and bar overlooking the river.

only thing I did not like was that our water was cold in our unit. my husband loved it...me not so much

The bar area is excellent with a view not to missed. The chalet is free standing and no disturbances. Location was excellent.

The standard of the ablution facility was not great. The bath could not be used, dirty water came out the taps, bath was stained. No soap provided, and towels were tired.

Food was excellent!! We truly enjoyed our stay there. My sincere appreciation to all the staffs for their warm and friendliness!! Thanks for being very helpfull during our stay there. The interior of the rooms was awesome and the rooms didnt dissapoint us either being equally pleasant,clean and comfortable.
