The hospitality and assertiveness from reception. The setup of the room. Friendliness of the cleaning staff. Reception and cleaning staffs readiness to assist. The male cleaner outside most friendly and helpful.

The roof had a leak which rained in and we reported. The DSTV did not work for the entire weekend. The bedding blanket was not changed for the whole weekend. Coffee and refreshments weren't daily refreshed.

Highly friendly and helpful staff. Forever smiling and willing to help. The we ordered hit the spot and was more thar enough for anyone with a huge appetite

The WIFI seemed to have some issues. Full bars wifi, just not transmitting data. Not sure if it was a rare occurrence or it's a regular thing.

I had a special request to reserve and set up a table differently for breakfast the following morning, it was my partner's birthday. The team exceeded my expectation, the table was well done and it made my partner feel special. Thank you Kuruman Inn 😊.....

The property is old and the bathroom was not nicely renovated.

The breakfast was fantastic and I enjoyed it. The place was okay, just that the ants were a bit of a problem but other then that everything was okay.

Everything was okay, just the WI-FI connection was not good.

I struggled to charge my phone because the plugins was not visible i only saw them when i was about to check out . I think the stuff should make us aware where the plugins are

The friendliness from the staff made the stay even more nicer and it was easy to communicate with them regarding any needs I might have had

The Inn is in a convenient location on the main road, which makes it easy to find. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. There is a very nice and affordable restaurant too.

There is some noise from traffic but considering it’s location, this is not a major issue.

The staff made the stay so so wholesome Friendly, warm and welcoming A home away from home experience with them

The wifi is a bit of a tricky situation Perhaps network repeaters should be installed in all rooms

The breakfast was great but it would be amazing to have two coffee stations as we were not able to drink coffee because the other guests had finished it and we needed to get going

Breakfast was good, offered a variety of choices. The location was good, just closed to everything

The shower is great, but I needed a bath to relax my body.
