The duvet was not big enough for 2 adults, no blanket available in the room as it is cold at night. We went to bed at 11.30, then saw that the duvet is not suitable, late for contacting housekeeping for a blanket. Had to sleep with track suit jacket on. Don, t like to sleep with aircon on high heat.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel the room was very large and bright with a nice balcony overlooking the sea which was very dramatic. The quality of Wi-Fi was good and the choice of food at breakfast considering we are vegetarian was quite good. All in all a great stay at a good price- I would recommend you ask for a room facing the sea rather than the mountain it is more dramatic

The view the breakfast the cold swim the staff who was helpful , the owner made sure I was ok, even when they had load shedding it will always be the spot to be , I am working on a project at work and will always come back the point Hotel value for money and staff is super friendly

Nothing to complain about it was a great stay and will always be going back we should visit more now after the next summer days it my happy space

We had such a lovely time, will definitely visit again. We wanted to stay another night that's how lovely it was, but couldn't because our tour is still a couple of days and we had a long road infront of us.

We were a bit hesitant with the parking but everything turned out well.

Seaview , breakast the chicken livers and spinach were the best I have tasted. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

To see how costumers waste food unnecasarry if it is buffet -plate what you are going to eat. It is sad

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Marie makes the best omelet. She even recommended places to visit in Mossel Bay. Our waiters were all exceptional, pity that I cannot remember there names - just old age on my part. I look forward to visiting the establishment again and plan to di so often due to my wonderful experience. Both Vicky and Mia at the reception desk were awesome too 👏 I definitely recommend the venue.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Vicki helped me with my lost jacket, kept it for me. I was very grateful. Close to nice restaurants, hotel's breakfast very good. Lovely view from bedroom and restaurant. We will visit again!

We booked for 3 people, only 2 towels, had to ask for extra towel twice. Last morning we were awoken by labourers working very close to our room. Very early, they could perhaps wait until 8 o clock to start their work.

The view was stunning. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

No allocated parking. In December, it was a challenge to get parking. The bed was noisy and very old.

Overall breakfast was terrible as it caters only for pork eaters, even when they serve beef sausage they are placed with bacon in the same dish ,so I struggled everyday. Cleaning ladies not refreshing cups, toilet paper and towels daily we had to keep asking that was frustrating

The View is Truely Incredible!! It was the Perfect stop between my Travels! Well Located Hotel! Everything was Available, staff was friendly and very helpful! Central to all the amenities that I would have wanted. I will most Definitely be back.

The Decor could have a bit of a makeover. The Hotel is a bit Dated, in General. Other than that , I would most Definitely return. My Stay was very Satisfying.
