From the first minute on everything went just right. Fatima was very engaged to make sure the check in went perfectly without any troubles so there was some rest to get after traveling for quite some time. We got to enjoy a freshly prepared colonial / english Breakfast the following day. All in all everyone at the New Bali was taking amazing care about us wether we had some requests or they would simply try and help us by finding a place to eat out or things to do in the area. They literally made us feel at home there! Definately won't be the last time staying with them :)

Everything, starting with fact that the owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was clean and neat, the bed was comfortable and the utilities were perfect. You get a sense of home and elegance from New Bali which I really loved. You may come and leave as you please which was really convenient if you would like to stop at the garage to get a late night snack. Do yourself a favor and book this absolute gem, hands down the best accommodation in Newcastle!

My only dislike is not booking for a longer period of time.

Almost everything in the room except for the Netflix on TV, I'm not a movies person so I'd have preferred DSTV.

There's nothing I didn't like but the bed was a bit uncomfortable it's too hard. It's the kind of bed one would appreciate if you were a couple so that you don't make noise for others 😉😅

King suite is well sized and comfortable, essentially a studio apartment. Room was clean and neat. Garden & pool were beautiful and very well maintained. Easy access via own remote. Mrs Seedat was so kind to offer us complimentary breakfast.

Consider hairdryer in room.

Nice quiet and relaxing guesthouse.. Very welcoming and friendly host...Indeed a home away from home experience..will definitely recommend this establishment and stay there again.

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable and super clean room. Excellent hospitality and exceptional service! Breakfast was amazing, including the surprise packed breakfast treats for our very early departure! Fatima and team😻 are great hosts. Will definitely be back!

That our stay was too short!

Fathima went all out to ensure out stay was comfortable. We had not arrived by sunset, Fathima called us and when she could not reach us, she went ahead and prepared for our seamless check in for when we arrive, truly appreciated the excellent service.

Our experience was great!

I had a wonderful stay. Staff and owner was friendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful. Area was very peaceful and relaxing. Especially happy that the bnb is halaal and breakfast is great. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Nothing not to like. Newcastle is Abit cold this part of the year but luckily they had aircons and electric blankets in the room to make sure we were comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay so much! My bed was comfortable. The cleaning products they use to clean the room smell fresh and clean. We had the English breakfast which was perfect. Will definitely stay at New Bali B&B again.

Great location. They were very helpful to allow early check in and checkout. Spacious and clean rooms. They also accommodated us with an extra parking space that we needed. Exceptional services.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but it was a very minor problem.
