I liked everything about the place it’s unique and clean.. I was surprised that the staff also do room service as well because I remember me my family went out and when we came back our room was clean and fresh🫢☺️

Having bath tap in all the rooms because I remember first time when I booked I got the biggest room that has shower as well as bath tap but the one I was in this time didn’t have a bath tap but it was still big and fine

I’m somewhat of a well seasoned traveler both domestically and internationally, so when I take the time to write. Review it is safe to say that the place in question has to be noteworthy. My wife and I decided to spend a night at SmithGrove B&B prior to heading back to Johannesburg needless to say we have been here for 4 wonderful days and have stayed in just about every room they have, each room comes with it’s own signature design and aesthetics which I can only sum up in 3 words “attention to detail” quite young l Now if you couple all of this with the unparalleled service given by the amazing staff makes leaving here most difficult thing to do. So if you are as much as considering this as your destination don’t even bother looking elsewhere but be fair warned staying just one night won’t be enough so you best make provisions to extend your stay from the get go Al & Nicci

Can’t fault a thing

The guesthouse is beautiful and super clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I was very impressed with everything!

I just didn’t like the fact that we didn’t all get rooms next to each other. One of my friends was downstairs while we were upstairs but it’s also not something that wouldn’t make me go back.

Great location, convenient as close to mall. very clean, neat, comfortable bed. spacious bathroom. friendly service. I don't know if they do breakfast as we didn't request. stayed in pink Gucci room. which had a quaint balcony. if doors are closed then u don't real hear traffic at night.

The location was great. Decor was so beautiful and our suite was very spacious. Facilities were great n room was very clean n neat. Lucky was incredibly friendly and helpful

Maybe the only thing is the road noise but not much you can do about that.

Unfortunately, when we were there, there was an electrical fault in the area most of the night until about 2 or 3 am. Owners should consider investing in alternative power. Otherwise, it's a beautiful place

Very nice rooms. I was there a couple of years ago and it had changed remarkably from what is was. The room was also very clean and the host is so pleasant. I also like the fact that it's so close to the mall.

There is nothing i didn't like.

It was a lovely little getaway for the night. The decor was superb and the room was cosy and comfortable and clean. The rose petals were such a nice touch too! Had an amazing stay.

I wanted a bath in our room, and a bath was advertised but there wasn’t a bath

It was clean, very comfortable, nice area close to shopping centers, very safe and staff were always helpful and friendly. Having the fridge and microwave in the room was a big plus.

Exiting the property onto the main road was very difficult until the grass on the pavement was cut. I really missed a full length mirror in the room. When I booked I thought a breakfast was included but having a fridge, microwave, tea and coffee in the room made it easier for a person to make your own breakfast

Everything especially my suite with my little balcony. The great customer service from the team running the guest house 💕💕💕
