Spacious and clean room with good seating option and spacious bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Fantastic to be able to hire an umbrella from the hotel. Breakfast was very good with a sufficient selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, and a choice between 2 hot meals. Overall a beautifully decorated hotel in a great location, easy to access beaches and shops nearby.

1. Bed matress was very wobbly. 2. Only filter coffee included in breakfast. a cuppacino is not included... for the price, surely one cuppacino can be included. 3. Ideally a wash line in the bathroom to hang wet swimwear.

We rented the family penthouse 2 bedroom because that was all that was available for our time so didn’t use one of the bedrooms. Huge apartment with the whole rooftop as a balcony, with 4 lounge chairs and pads, barbecue, table with 4 chairs and additional stacked chairs. All the deck looks out with amazing views of the bay. We used the en suite bedroom with view of bay and the other bedroom has a bathroom outside the door looks to the rear parking. Full size kitchen with everything you need. Full living room with couch and dining room with full length windows and doors to the deck and view. Very nice apartment. We were there for only 3 nights so didn’t cook but ate at the nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, front desk guy was very informative and helpful and restaurant very good for breakfast and dinners. Conveniently located to other restaurants and shops in town. Free parking . Close drive to lots of national parks and other sights. Great place!

The parking is very tight. We rented a small suv and it barely fit in the spaces had to be really careful parking and still bumped a mirror. The air conditioning only is in the bedrooms could be a problem when hotter but we just opened the doors for the breeze since not hot season. No television in the living room only the bedrooms but we really weren’t watching a lot of tv. The apartment is a little dated could use a uplift in the bathrooms both toilets you had to make sure didn’t run on by jiggling the knob after flushing and both showers the tile was stained but not a deal breaker for the cost and large apartment space.

The family suite we stayed in was huge and very comfortable. The outside deck (rooftop of the hotel) is enormous with table, BBQ and sun lounger. Well kitted kitchen, great air conditioning in the bedrooms (not dining/lounge area) and comfortable beds. Awesome location on the main street with drop-off-and-collect laundry services across the road, plenty of restaurants to pick from and an easy (in distance, not so much in elevation) walk down to Lookout beach

ROOMS AND PROPERTY WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY OFFERED TRANSPORT TO THE BEACH CERTAIN TIMES. THE BEACH IS TO FAR TO TAKE A WALK....THE INITIAL ROOM THEY PUT ME IN OVER LOOKED AN UGLY PARKING BUT I REQUESTED THEM TO MOVE ME AND THEY FULFILLED MY REQUEST.

Seemed to be recently renovated - has a clean fresh and comfortable feel. Spacious rooms. Central and convenient.

Check in was efficient but a bit luke warm - given directions to my room, no offer of help with bags or particular warmth. Find it a bit outdated to charge extra for a cappuccino with breakfast

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for us. Much more than what we expected. Powerful shower, comfortable beds, they helped us dry our clothes at no extra charge. There is secure parking. The food at dinner was good

The balcony was next to Sameda's fan. There was a strong smell and noise. At breakfast, there was no variety if the services were sufficient for vegetarians.

Comfortable clean room. Good location in city center nearby restaurants and shops. Good breakfast included. Close parking. Friendly staff.

We had to cancel a 2 night stay due to travel being affected by corona which we paid R10000 for, the hotel could accommodate us 2 weeks later but only for 1 night and therefore we ended up paying R10000 for 1 night stay which was excessive.

Very good central location with a partial view of sea. Room was large and tv had DSTV. Had air con too. Restaurant part of hotel was good quality food.

It was a lot to pay and overall, didn’t give a great value for money. Not many facilities to justify the price barring the sea views.

The cleaness and the location Beauty of the design and I loved the restaurant They had a nice play area for kids

The play area at the hotel closed @5 which was too early Also the lady at the reception was too rude to my 5 years old when he tried to talk to her about the play area that he wanted her to keep it open she was so rude to him !!!
